The cabin was as represented it was clean and well stocked. The porch light is out and that created a bit of concern going up and down the steps. Once I found where to plug in the accent lights it was better. The ice maker in refrigerator did not work other than those two small issues everything was great. We would definitely stay here again.

It's not directly on the water, but the relaxing atmosphere was more important for us and the lake was only about 5 minutes away by vehicle. It was clean and check-in and out was easy. This is a great place for a couple to get away for the weekend. We were in the area to fish and stayed in another cabin here last year we enjoyed, so we came back. Good value for the privacy and serene setting.

Amazing view

This was our second time staying at calico heights. This time we stayed in the blue cabin. It has a really nice covered patio that faces the lake. We sat out there every evening to watch the sunset. The views are AMAZING!
