Very nice
You pay more for a room and you don't even get breakfast
The view of the lake was nice. Overall the facility was clean but could use some updates. The only dining option was a buffet in the West Lake Bar & Grill.
Very nice property and a fun weekend. Great entertainment and food.
.
Very clean, easy check in/out.
I was told by the hotel that there was not an additional room available so they would not honor my purchase leaving me to pay for an extra room I could not get. Have never experienced this before but very upsetting to pay for the room and then have the hotel inform you there wasn't one available.

It was nice, clean and comfortable but there was no room service! :(
We stayed at the Cherokee Hotel with our 11 yr old son over fall break to visit Natural Falls State Park for 2 nights because our first choice of hotels was booked and they had a good price on a double queen room. The hotel is very nice and clean but the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable in our room. On the second night we had neighbors on one side and unfortunately the walls are very thin (??) and/or not insulated(??) because we could hear them like they were in our room that night until midnight and then again at 7 am when their alarm went off and they began talking, running hairdryer etc. They were not being rowdy or rude, just loudly speaking with their normal conversations. We are not casino people so we cannot comment on the gaming. We ate breakfast at the River Cane Cafe which was average or a little less...prices aren't bad but the food was greasy and just ok as far as taste.
It was all good. Didn't care for the smoke in the casino
Live music was good hotel was clean casino was nice and the bar staff and bar food was pretty good as well. Enjoyed the stay
Would love to see a spa. Overall great get away. Close to home.
