The house has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The spacious, open-concept living/dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows that open out to the deck and the private, sandy beach. The large deck, with its comfortable seating, is perfect for summer nights, and is enhanced by a firepit area to enjoy the Solo Stove under the moonlit sky. Great features throughout the house include a coffee station, electric fireplace, upper loft area that serves as a dedicated office space with water views, and multiple areas to sit/lounge/play games/escape. Choose to spend your days kayaking, fishing, exploring the lake, hiking the nearby trails, or visiting the many local wineries, breweries, restaurants, and sandy beaches of Pure Michigan! (For security, the property has two Ring doorbell cameras at each entry doorway, and an exterior camera that spans the driveway).
