Location,Location, Location… This single family newly remodeled vacation rental home located in the heart of Fairhaven,NY is a 5 bedroom with two full bathrooms that sleeps 10 and is within walking distance to everything Fairhaven offers. This home has a beautiful view of the bay from inside or outside of the home. There is an outside patio with gas grill, fire pit, dinning and sitting area in the back and sitting area on the very large front porch. This quaint and tranquil property boasts a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding. We think our place will help you experience everything Fair Haven and Sterling have to offer.. Local grocery store, ice cream stand, liquor store, restaurants,bars, 2 golf courses, a public dock that is across the road from the rental, a marina across the road from the rental, a village boat launch at Little Sodus one block away from rental, Fair Haven State Park that is a 2 minute drive from rental but can be walked to also. Most everything is within walking distance golf-courses are a short drive. We offer Fast Wi FI, TV’s in every bedroom, large dining room eating area, kitchen with all new appliances. This is a non smoking home.

Not sure where to begin as our stay was absolutely the best! Carol has thought of everything to make your stay just as you would hope for but not expect...the touches that really make you feel at home and love the layout of the main floor as we had plenty of room for our family of 10 and our granddaughter. Abundance of unobstructed views of the lake from the kitchen, dining, and bedrooms was truly amazing and the covered porch with runs along the entire front of the home with plenty of seating for everyone and seemed to be our favorite place to be together...also want to mention the back yard space with sitting areas as well. We loved how we could literally walk to everthing the town of Sterling has to offer and the grocery store on the corner was super convenient to have so close to walk too...This home has been renovated so tastefully and super clean and my family was truly impressed with everything it had to offer and the location was the best..Looking forward to future stays and highly recommend!
