The actual condo was great. The management of our stay and also of the condo we found horrendous. We called the management company before our arrival to check on what time we would be able to get into the condo on our day of arrival and were told that we could check in in the morning because the previous renter was checking out the day before. We arrived the night before in order to get moved in early the next day but when we arrived to check in at the management office we were told the condo was not ready. When we confronted the person who told us the condo would be ready early we were told that "some balls had been dropped;" This phrase characterized our stay; balls kept dropping. Once we got into the condo several lights were burned out and one lamp did not have a bulb. Additionally, the fan in the master bath wasnt working. We alerted the management company to these issues and they came to fix them the next day which was great but these things should have been attended to upon the departure of the previous guest when the room was cleaned. Also there were two sets of salt and pepper shakers but both were empty. Additionally, there was a lot of snow while we were there and the snow removal in the parking lot and sidewalks was very badly managed and paled in comparison to neighboring condos. My parents got stuck in the parking lot several times and walking down sidewalks was dangerous. The lighting in the garage is very poor and we found it unsafe. The individuals present for maintenance and cleaning seemed great. My impression was that it is a higher up issue. Perhaps not enough staff to do all of the needed work in addition to very poor management and communication from higher up.. Upon check in they touted the shuttle so we tried it out a couple of times but found it useless. Every time we called we either couldnt get through to actually order a shuttle or we were told there would be at least a 15 minute wait so we opted to walk because it was more efficient. On one instance I called to order a shuttle in advance because I was aware of this 15 minute delay and I was told that there would be a 'Storm Meadows' shuttle that we could use upon arrival at the pick up location. I asked if that shuttle could drop us off at Bronze tree and the agent on the phone said yes. They then said "if there's not a shuttle there when you arrive just call back." I responded 'then we will have to wait another 15 minutes." I was put on hold and when the agent returned they said they would sent another shuttle. However, when we arrived there was not one there. After another call and more waiting eventually one came but the system is completely lacking in efficiency and effectiveness. The last issue that we found completely unacceptable was upon check out. We had been told when checking in that we could call the day before checking out to request a late check out. I called and was told that we had to be out by 10 am because someone else was coming that same day. Check in is at 4pm. I asked if we could at least have until 11am and was told that that was not possible. I found this completely unacceptable. The people who stayed at this condo before us checked out the night before we checked in and after saying that the condo would be ready the next morning, management was unable to follow through with this promise. Now they someone checking in on the same day with a 4pm check in time and the cleaning crew ends up showing up at our door at 9:30 am to prepare the condo for the next guests. For a 4pm check-in? Ridiculous!

Stayed last year so came back. Great location to ski in and out. Loved the outdoor hot tub great views from top floor condo. Would have been nice if they had cleared snow from balcony we could have then used it. Maintenance was very responsive to couple issues we had.

We stayed in Unit 605 - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The pros: great view and good size condo. It is a walk-out, ski-in location... in the morning you were able to walk out the Ski Lockers, down the stairs, across the street, down another set of stairs and you were on the trail. In the afternoon, you took the trail off of Right-o-Way to the condo. The con's: the condo itself needs updating - the beds were somewhat comfortable, the shag carpeting was stained throughout and the furniture has seen better days - 20 years ago. It was Christmas week so our choices were limited.

Our vacation over Christmas break was wonderful at Steamboat Springs! This condo was excellent for our family!! Highly recommended! The walk to the skiing area was a trek - but well worth the effort! Just follow the directions and be ready to hike!! We enjoyed the view from our balcony alot!! And the space in our condo was wonderful - everyone could do or watch whatever they wanted on the various televisions!

Mountain resorts did a terrific job of taking care of all our needs at the Bronze Tree Condominium we rented last week. Great service, directions, information, and follow up on our stay. The condo itself was wonderful with everything we could have ever need. We will use Mountain Resorts again.

Booked through airbnb for unit 201. At the time received confirmation code and receipt. In addition my credit card was charged 844$. The next day received email titled refund with no explanation. Plus that it could take up to 15 days to have the credit processed to my account. My account had just rolled over so I was charged fees. I called air b n b to see what happened. All they would say was that they did not know why my card was charged, it should not have happened without confirmation from unit owner. Also had no explanation for why owner declined reservation. And did not offer to help get understanding or information. Only offered to give 50$ voucher for future trip. I had to sign up for air b n b to even see if unit was available. Don't use air b n b. Now my email is cluttered. I still have no resolution except sorry happened, it should not have, nothing we can do, take it up with your bank. Owners bear great responsibility as they denied with no explanation. Of note unit still available on various other websites. We are two professional couples, no kids, no reason to deny but they did. Now i am stuck last minute trying to find alternative. Don't trust lies on this owners website. Better units available for less money or at least follow thorugh with communication. Stay away from air bnb. No cheaper than other sites. No accountablility. no trust

We have been going on ski trips for over 30 years and have to say this was the best condo we have rented. Seating and beds were the most comfortable. We were amazed when they did a mini clean halfway thru our stay. Management checked to see if everything was ok in condo and fixed the only issue within an hour. It has great access to the slope and ski back to entrance. High floors have great views of the slopes and valley. Indoor parking was good except ceiling is very low so back hatch would hit ceiling when we opened it. This place does have some age so a little updating is needed but was minor considering how great the rest of the place is. One of quiets places we have stayed on the slope.

Excellent resort, over all accommodations were good to very good. Wide variety of restaurants in area, all assessable by resort shuttle. Fireplace a nice added touch. Plenty of room for our family of four. Would recommend and will return

The gentleman that was working security during the early morning hours (4:30am) on the 20th that helped us check in was absolutely amazing (I apologize I don't remember his name, it was a long travel day). He arrived within minutes, did not seem annoyed or inconvenienced, treated us like it was a normal check in time, and drove us (we followed him) to the front of our building. He was extremely helpful and also warned us to not leave food in our vehicle due to the bears. All around great experience. Please find out who this gentleman is and recognize him for us! I was in the service industry and know how important it is to receive positive feedback (it always seems to be negative these days). Great experience! We are already planning our next visit. Liz who helped book our reservation was wonderful also, she called the morning we arrived to see how everything was going.

Maybe a five minutes walk to the gondola, or a couple of minutes to the Christie II chair lift, you could easily consider this a ski-in, ski-out location. We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a great view over to the slopes and the ski-village. There is a great pool, two hot-tubs and a sauna. Above the pool is a gym. On the ground floor there is a great boot room which is heated so when you get your gear ready for a day on the slope all is well and warm! There is ample parking (one lot is actually under cover - great for keeping the car in good shape on those Champagne powder days) and on every other floor there is a laundry. The building is in good shape and the condo we stayed in was well stocked. Although the slopes are a couple of miles from the town of Steamboat Springs itself, there is a free bus service and actually plenty to do on the mountain if you don't want to travel. Would definitely go back and stay here again.
