Owner is very thoughtful and provides above and beyond what I have experienced at other rentals, such as water bottles, breakfast bars, wine, toothpaste and shampoo! This is a perfect location for exploring State College.

Travelled with family and needed a place with three bedrooms. The home was absolutely fantastic and very comfortable. The owner left so many little accommodations that made it feel like home away from home. Stayed one night, and the area was pleasant with many restaurants accessible. Lovely PSU stay

Our family had a lovely stay close to Penn State. We were welcomed with awesome snacks in a clean home on a lovely tree lined street. Location was perfect and the owner was very thoughtful in the little extras provided. We would love to stay again!!

Best kept secret

This place was amazing. The host gave snacks and a bottle of Sangria. It was close to everything and not far from Penn State and where my daughter was moving into. Would stay again. They even supplies coffee, creamer, shampoo and body wash along with laundry pods. Would rent again!

Lovely neighborhood

The location is ideal - in a wooded, quiet neighborhood, but close to PSU. Anything you need can be found on nearby Atherton Street. The house is comfortable and clean. We especially liked the air conditioning during the hot spell!

Wonderful place to stay

We were very happy with this lovely home. It was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Lots of extras are provided making it much easier not to have to worry about bringing everything with us. Great location for all of the places we wanted to go during our short stay. Loved that it was close to a Wegmans and great restaurants. Nice walkable neighborhood that was very quiet. Great communication with the owner. Always happy to find pet friendly places. Quaint, cozy and perfect for our weekend visit!

Visiting our PSU graduate student for the weekend and this home was a perfect getaway. It was nice to be able to have our daughter and her friend over to play some games and get away from their apartments and rigors of grad/lab work. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, welcoming and the house was super clean, and had all the comforts of home. While we were visiting, we even got 3+inches of snow. The hosts were over first thing to take care of snow removal and make sure we were taken care of. We will stay here again and look forward to it!
