Well located. Well maintained. Very helpful staff. Good price.

We had a king suite. The room was nice and large, no complaints there. However, for a king suite, and a large bathroom, you'd think the shower and tub would be a better size. It was shallow and small. The shower head was super dated. That isn't too much to ask to have a decent size tub to take a bath. Also, we booked for 4 people, my husband and his kids. We drove separately, but the hotel lied to us saying they were completely booked and had no parking for our second car. I know this was a lie because the rooms across from us and next to us were empty, and the parking lot was only about 3/4 full at midnight, and at 8am. There was no reason to lie about it, just say the policy is one car per room. Anyhow, then they have a restaurant attached but blocked all access to it??? Why? That's my other gripe. I've stayed here before and the access was open. They didn't tell us why, but it was annoying. The man at the front desk was just unfriendly and unwelcoming. I hate paying $200+ for a room and being treated as if I'm a nuisance.

It was Close to downtown and nice pool. Would stay again.

Location is excellent! Coffee maker was not working correctly

This hotel is very outdated. I chose it due to the proximity to downtown State College. Check in went smoothly. However, in the middle of the night, the heating fan started making a very loud noise. Therefore, I had an awful night of sleep and had to change rooms the next morning. The new room seemed cleaner and more updated. The beds are very small. Don’t expect 4 people to fit in one room. I lost my room key and front desk was very rude about giving me a new one even though I had my ID. This hotel only provides parking for one car. If you have a guest with a car, expect to pay. I won’t be staying at this hotel in the future.

Very nice and friendly staff. I will surely recommend to others.

Nice downtown hotel so allows you to walk places around town.

Nice hotel in convenient location. Accommodated late arrival.

The staff was very polite. However, my room could have been in better condition. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and found the phone cord was covered in mold on the inside of the coil. There was also apparent mold on the ceilings and walls in the bathroom.

Hotel was fine. I’m very disappointed that the rate through Orbitz was $20 more than directly with the hotel.

This is a great hotel and location. The staff was very friendly. An employee named Ashley was very helpful and came inside when I asked her something in the parking garage even though you could tell she was leaving work. A maid whose name I unfortunately didn't get offered me all her personal colored pens for my nephews to draw with when all I asked for was 1 extra hotel pen. The only thing i wish they offered was breakfast.

Needed a place to sleep. Close to campus. Not pretty to look at and the lobby and elevators were a bit hot (it was 90 degrees out so...) the air in the top was loud as was the plumbing. I was up so it didn’t wake me but a light sleeper might be bothered.

Nice, quiet. Nice staff, close to everything. The town is a wonderful place, especially in the summer. Many things to do, many places to eat. Also Penn State University is there, and within easy walking distance.

It was just like nearly every hotel around this price point. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel staff was excellent, they were extremely helpful, especially at the front desk. Room and grounds were clean, parking was close, the attached restaurant was nice. Close enough to downtown State College to walk.

Came to see indoor track state championship. Convenient location. Room nicer than I was expecting. Easy check in and parking.

Clean room, Courteous staff, great location near restaurants, campus,, etc!
