This spacious home sleeps up to 14 and is located within 2.4 miles of Beaver Stadium, Downtown, Campus and The Nittany Mall. Our home has 4 bedrooms each with a queens size bed and has 4 full bathrooms. The large Master Bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The living room has 2 Sofa Beds and a queen size lay down sofa. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed and a Trundle Day bed.

visited State College, our granddaughter starred in the fall college musical. We had a large family group and had a wonderful time. the house was perfect! we played games, cooked and slept comfortably. Your home is very accessible to all portions of town. thank you. Great Gathering Space

We were a group of PSU Alumni who gathered for the Blue/White game. The house was a perfect location and short drive the stadium! It also just up the road from Happy Valley Brewing where our large party had drinks and dinner our 1st evening. Everything at the house was very comfortable and suited all our needs. Having 4 bathrooms was helpful! Tiffany was very accommodating to all of our arrival and departure times. When we entered the house she left us a special surprise that went above and beyond any other rental we have had! Overall a well appointed space, perfect for gathering together!

Perfect fit for our large family

This home was perfect for our large family for my son’s winter graduation. Plenty of beds and multiple full bathrooms ensured everyone was comfortable. Everything was immaculate and cozy with spacious kitchen and living room. Plus there’s toys in the basement for the little ones. Coffee and tea supplies, paper towels and toilet paper and hand and dish soap are available so no rush to the grocery store when you first arrive. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. My family lived there stay and would definitely do it again

Olympic Wrestling Trials
