Good and friendly staff

spent a night at this hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean.

Nice hotel in nice price Small room, must take a taxi to travel

This is a fabulous like-new non-smoking hotel. Breakfast and dinner (a promotion) in a fabulous dining room with live piano music evenings was truly out-of-sight. The building joins a small 3-story shopping mall with a large grocery in the basement. The problem here is that Orbitz states the hotel is 0.3 mi from city center when it is a bus ride away--I'd guess the hotel is 2-3 miles from city center.

Huge, modern room. The hotel is situated on a main street (Ruzveltova street leads to Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra, which leads right into the downtown - about a 15-20 min walk), but I wasn't affected by any traffic noise. There is a fitness room (difficult to find in other Belgrade hotels) with new treadmills, bicycles, weight machines and a sauna (I didn't use the sauna, but it looked very clean). The breakfast buffet was great: a selection of cereals, fresh/dried fruit, breads/pastries, jams, juices, cheese, sliced coldcuts plus a selection of warm items that I didn't sample. The staff was polite and accommodating (the fitness room opened at 6:30 am, but I needed to use it earlier - the staff said it was no problem to open up earlier). The best part was free international calls! Overall a great hotel - would definately stay again.

Didn't quite know what to expect of this newcomer to Belgrade. We arrived to a warm welcome, hospitable staff, excellent accommodations, modern and high tech decor. Couldn't believe the free international phone connection from the room. The breakfast was beautifully presented, delicious and copious. Lovely stay!

Best hotel we stayed in during our 5 country Balkan trip. Extremely good value. Best room, best bathroom and shower, best breakfast, very clean and professional staff.

Funky design, great service, and awesome breakfast (included).

The hotel is a little distance from the center of Belgrade but you can walk or take an inexpensive taxi (the hotel will call a reputable taxi service for you) a short distance to nice restaurants, stores and parks. There is a modern supermarket and small new mall next door to the hotel. The hotel staff is very professional and friendly. If you are going to Belgrade and don't want to stay at the Hyatt this is an excellent and very affordable alternative.
