We had a great stay at Dancing Bear cabin. Great location very close to Shenandoah National Park. The cabin is beautiful inside and out and the views off the back deck are amazing. The cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying at the dancing bear. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The host was also easy to get ahold of. There is a wonderful view from the cabin overlooking the valley below. Just make sure to bring a flashlight for the stairs leading to the firepit when going down there at night because they are unlit and one of my friends did trip when using them in the dark.

Weekend getaway in June

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! From before check-in to check-out, Carrie was extremely responsive and flexible. The cabin itself was tastefully decorated and had amazing views. We had 6 in our group (four adults and two teenagers); we were all very comfortable and had all we needed for our two-night stay. We would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us back to this area.
