Overall not impressed. Pretty location however there is no beach access at the hotel and you must take a car anywhere from the hotel (not walkable to town). This means either a rental car or $9+/person one way taxi to go anywhere. House keeping was very poor the 4 days out of 5 they did come. They took my bath mat twice without replacing. No cups or soaps were refilled. The plate of fruit in my room upon arrival was still there by the end of the trip. When I spoke to at Jevon front desk, he explained there are 2 cleaning crews and they still often don't get to all of the rooms. He didn't seem surprised I needed more soap and the bath mat but did not know the standards of what house keeping should be doing. He said he would remove one of the resort fees which did not happen. Also said he'd have a manager in hospitality reach out which did not happen either. To think this is the treatment I get as a Marriott ambassador makes me cringe to think what others have experienced. I'd recommend finding somewhere else during your stay.

Food selections at restaurants wasn't great. Our room had a musty smell when the air conditioning came on. Hotel itself was very nice. Airport transfer using taxi service could have been mentioned ahead of time. Shared transfer which was basically the same was twice as much.

We did not get adequate housekeeping service--one day, the staff did not come until 5 pm, and another day we ran out of toilet paper and had to request it from the front desk. We also did not receive replacement coffee pods and when we requested it from the housekeeper, she told us she didn't have any more. Apart from that the resort is beautiful and staff was very friendly.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was amazing. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Only thing I would add would be more choices for food options. We left the hotel quite a bit for meals since their menu and restaurants didn’t have enough variety and quality for my family of 4.
