The room showed in the photo is public space for 5 rooms - and there were no chairs at the table. There is no outside light and this appears to be from a different building. Our first room had dirty sheets on the bed, trash on the floor, and had not been cleaned. They offered another uncleaned room. The 3rd room had other people still staying in it. The 4th room was made up but had black mold along the floorboards and the AC did not work. It was hot and humid. There was no lock on the outside door, and some of the inside locks apparently didn't work. It appears the area is not safe - given bars and all windows and razor wire on many buildings along the length of St. Thomas. I called to cancel and they said they would check with management about a refund. They never responded to me.

Great view and very nice room. Seats just in front of the room to admire the bay. Good facilités.
This hotel is not at the location shown online. It is almost all the way to the top of the mountain! DO NOT stay here if you were planning on walking to town as we were. There are several rooms locked off from a common family room. It appears clean. Beds are comfortable. No ammenities in the rooms, nothing nearby. Have to take $10 taxi into town

Nice place, nice view, but inconvenient since there is no vending machine, no staff to support you on premises and there is nothing around here to get a cup of coffee
The views from the balcony of the room was fantastic especially at night .it is little bit away from town and if you have a car stay at this place .It’s worth it
The property is in need of upkeep and renovation. There are cobwebs on the windows, a bucket under the sink and mold in the shower. The place has much potential but needs work.
Great choice for a young family of 5. We have 3 children, and this villa had a room that could accommodate a third bed—very convenient! The room is large, and has its own refrigerator. Internet was included and worked fine. The room’s TV didn’t seem to have any channel access, but was connected to an interior common area that had a cable TV and full kitchen. Parking was free but was off the road and next to a construction site above the propriety. If you don’t have a car this property is a little isolated. The view overlooking the Charlotte Amalie Harbor was beautiful. It was a great value and fit for us.
the property was ok. if you rent a car, Please please be an accomplished driver, the island is NOT for old or new drivers. the terrain is challenging to say the least.
