We loved our stay the first time we visited St Thomas for our daughter’s graduation celebration and had to book again! Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay for my clients!

Brit was a terrific host and the villa was gorgeous. I am a local travel advisor and my clients absolutely loved their stay. The view is wonderful. It is an easy drive to the property and everything was better than described.

Great location! Easy access to Megan’s Bay! The view from the house is priceless! Owner responded within minutes to answer questions and offer assistance. Perfect family vacation! Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Villa With Stunning Views

We have rented villas before in St. Thomas and this was hands down the best! Everything was exactly as described and the communication with property manager was extremely easy. The house was well equipped and the views were stunning. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Virgin Island retreat

With a fabulous view of the rising sun and the US and BVI islands in the distance, the home is a great, relaxing retreat for our two couples. Brit was a great local contact for both the house and the island as a whole. Look forward to coming back soon.

There were 6 couples staying at this beautiful house. Every room wakes up to breathless view- pictures don’t do it justice. We loved spending time at the house. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Beautiful Property

The setting could not have been lovelier - from beautiful views of the ocean to the tropical landscaping. Even though we chose to spend most of our time by the pool in comfortable chairs, the house itself is also very welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook on occasion. The proximity to the best beach on the island is also a plus.

Perfect USVI Home!

Great location, amazing views of usvi and bvi from patio/pool, perfect home for our family of 5 (would also work great for 4 couples), easy access to all St Thomas and St John have to offer! And host Brit was fantastic to work with and checked in with us ahead of and during the stay to ensure everything was good. Would definitely recommend and would definitely plan another stay at Villa Hammertime!

Beautiful Home with Great views

Home was gorgeous with fabulous views. Pool and outdoor area was perfect for family dinners and entertainment. The home is about 20 minutes from Red Hook (grocery, restaurant and ferry) which was fine by us! Secluded, private community close to Magen’s Bay which is so pretty and great for swimming! We had a great time!

We could not ask for a better place to stay. We brought the whole family and they loved it! We enjoyed the house enough that we remained there half the days to relax at the pool, take in the sun, and just appreciate the spectaclar views. It was a great vacation and we are grateful for such a wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend this home! We would say more but that would simply not be necessary as it can be summed up with one word...fantastic!

The property was beautiful. There was a view of the sea from every room. There was excellent communication from the property managers. We definitely hope to be back. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience.

Hammertime is the real deal!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay, the view was amazing the house was spacious for our family and Brit was super helpful both while we were there and while we were planning our arrival. I couldn't say enough good things about Hammertime. Book it, you wont regret it!

Pictures just don't do this house and the views justice. This house is truly amazing! This house is stocked with everything you need. Brit, the property manager went above and beyond with information from start to finish. Book this house, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful property above Megans Bay

Beautiful property above Megans Bay This wonderful home with three master suites and one twin bedroom provides a excellent overlook of ocean and islands From every room. The caretaker was very timely and efficient with communication yet not overbearing and not intrusive. While there is some mild evidence of wear due to the harsh environment, overall the home is in excellent shape and will definitely stay here again!

Private, beautiful location!

Sweet pool over looking the ocean, along with 'hearing' the ocean! Nice to be so close to Megan's Bay, Country Club and local dump (really)! Very comfortable for 6 adults. The house was very clean, kitchen has everything you'll need and a nice family room/gathering room for the 'must watch' football games. Thankfully a house booklet giving you any and all the information you might need for the house and the island. Easy to get to and from town, dive shops, restaurants, etc.
