Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice restaurant. One of the best locations for the hotel in town! Excellent value for price paid.

Very helpful staff.Fantastic location. Only downside was loud music coming from 3rd floor ballroom until 10:00 pm. We were on the 4th. Also they still have outdated tub showers. Other than that 5 star.

Hotel is right at the center of the city. Excellent location to see every historical and popular street/building/cafe.. etc. The only thing that makes us uncomfortable was we had to change rooms because of the air condition problems (it was -20 degrees celcius outside) and while we were moving at 2.00am in the night, we forgot some books at the old room and in the very next morning we asked about them but the books were disappeared (!). They couldnt find our books in the following 4days. besides that the staff was very helpfull.

Nice and helpful staff, excellent hotel location. Pretty close to main attractions such as S. Isaac cathedral, Hermitage museum and Nevsky Prospect.

Great location. Very helpful and nice staff. Very good breakfast, although somewhat expensive. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Renaissance for 5 days and had superb time. Hotel location is unbeatable (minutes to Hermitage, St. Isaac, and Nevsky Prospect), staff is above friendly and helpful, and hotel has all the amenities one can request. Breakfast (buffet style) is excellent and included in the cost. WiFi is free of charge, though connection can be spotty. Business center is open 24h and use is free for the guests. The only dislike is ongoing smoking in the hotel, though, non-smoking and smoking rooms/floors are clearly separated and non-smokers will have more trouble from walking on the streets (I'd say I had more 2nd hand smoke in the 5 days in St. Petersburg than during the rest of my life).

OUr experience could not have been any better! The location, room, service and staff were impeccable! Not to mention the food!
