We were stay here for 4 nights,2 adults,1 kids,1 infant. we reserved a triple bed room. First we went to a room with conference room roof view!!! that they add a portable bed beside its king size more space in room for walk.... We back to reception for a larger room, but they said its fully booked and we did not have any option. Finally we pay 7000 RUB more, and upgrade our room to a studio in top floor with river view. Good breakfast and very good wifi.nice staff, very small and simple not recommand its resturant for lunch or dinner because of limit selection and price.

Traveled to St.Petersburg during the white nights. Excellent service overall - front desk, restaurant, chamber maid. Clean and cozy room. Hotel is conveniently located a 5 min walk away from the metro station Sportivnaya. There is a small grocery store around the corner from the hotel where u can get juice, water, coke, candy. Overall if you walk from the hotel towards the winter palace (30 min walk) you will see allot of convince stores, coffee shops and restaurants. UBER is very cheap and a good way to move yourself around the city.

We travel a lot and Marriotts are usually our choice, and this one had the best customer service we have ever encounter. Truly friendly and helpful people who care about give good advice and actually helping when you need it. The location is very good, just a block away from Metro stop and on a nice day you can walk to the Hermitage and other locations.

The hotel has spacious rooms, the beds are too soft like a water bed but the room is comfortable. They have good breakfast. The city center is 30 minutes away by metro or by walking. On a good day it worths walking.

The hotel is a bit rundown , room and bed also below a courtyard standard, location wise though it s on an island but it s well connected with Metro ( though it s a long walk , Russian metro is like museum itself , I m fascinated by how deep the metro are and also by it s grand 'cold' design , in overall if they offered a cheap price I ll stay here again

Room itself is good and confortable. ..location is good it is a quite place close to the entry of one metro station.. from entry to the metro platform there some good distance. Hotel doesn't offer breakfast for gold ...some towels were missing and couple of days we have to call to ask for mistake we were call at 4am... and the mistake happened 4 times....there are some stairs from street to hotel door no confortable if you have heavy bags... 2 doors to be open by yourself before you reach the front desk. .. there is a man at the door but I think is more for decorative stuff. .. in Saint Petersburg is difficult to comunicate in english .

The location is good depending on what you're looking to do. It's on Vasilievsky Island, which is slightly outside the touristy core - however, it's fairly easy to get to city center via Metro (or a half-hour walk), and in some ways it's nice to be just a bit outside that center-city craziness. Overall, the hotel is nice though not amazing - however, it's definitely the nicest Courtyard I've stayed at, so if we're judging on a curve then it's a solid A. The concierge was very helpful in booking taxis and the like - as is common in Russia, negotiating with the cabbies (to a reasonable extent). On a sidenote, I'd highly recommend the "Lastochka" cafe across the street for breakfast.

Entrance is not really appealing. You wouldn't think you are entering a hotel. Friendly reception, breakfast average. Staff helpful. Would be great to have an egg station. Rooms comfortable but not really special. Overall good hotel.

We stayed there for three nights in May 2017. We had an amazing river view from our room located on the 6th floor. The staff was very friendly, helpful and patient and did the best they could. We booked a tour through them and didn't regret it. On the day we left they even organised a lunch box because we had to leave early to the airport to catch our flight back home. I can highly recommend to stay in this hotel with it's friendly staff.

Nice hotel if you are a tourist, but not so good for travelling with kids as there is absolutely nothing to do for them (no game room and most importantly no swimming pool!). The rest is good. Very quiet as it is located on the island, but that can also be kind a problem when they spread the bridges you will have to wait for some time if you are traveling with car. There is a good and expensive french restaurant downstairs. Also there are some nice coffee shops and very good Belgian pub nearby. Overall its nice and clean.
