The first room we were given and walked to and opened with our key card was occupied. A woman came to the door as we were going to walk in to tell us that she lived there and had since April 2025. This was room#122. Someone might want to take a look at that room as it appears she is a hoarder. It was filthy. Then we were give a room on the second floor. There was a dirty washcloth laying on top of the phone and after being in the room for about an hour we killed three baby cockroaches. Someone might want to consider getting an exterminator in there. If there’s babies, there for sure is a momma strolling around. No coffee at all for guests. The front desk isn’t even manned the way it should be. When we went to check out at 9:30 the following morning there was no one at the front desk to even talk to about our concerns. In fact it was closed off completely. There were people loitering out front of the building that obviously were not guests of your hotel. This is our first and last time staying at your establishment. Whoever the owner is of this property might want to make a trip to it to see how it is being managed.
