Room was fine but first assigned room had strong cat odor. Person at the desk commented it was a pet friendly hotel but was very accommodating with different assigning a different room. Was surprised with no shuttle service to PIE airport. Overall we were pleased with overnight stay.

Property was clean. Staff was friend. Curtain in room would not open. No biggie since we’re only staying one night. Toilet would not flush most times due to it not filling up after the last flush which was annoying but overall property was nice.

We were very disappointed in this Hampton Inn stay. I enjoy swimming each morning to start my day but the pool was not heated and water temp to cold to use BUT upon arrive we were informed pool was open dusk to dawn. Pool was not clean. It appeared the pool had not been cleaned for quite some time. We received a wake up call at 6AM when we didn't request it. When I called the front desk they stated the computer sometimes doesn't clear the previous user's request from prior stays. Hot eggs, my wife has lactose issues and cannot have cheese. When we asked, for hot eggs without cheese, we were told No, not something they do. Best Westerns have no problem providing that accommodation. Very disappointing stay.

Odd numbered rooms are very noisy from traffic and huge gaps between the wall and air cond unit. Ended up moving to even which was much better but floors were dirty. Staff was great. Breakfast not so much. Worst omelet and breakfast potatoes ever. Even my wife said they were bad. We didn’t eat breakfast 4 out of the 6 days, the two we did were enough. Luke warm water for all the showers. Hopefully they upgrade sooner than later. Usually we love Hampton Inns but we would not stay at this one again.
