With a totally new renovation in 2023, this unit is in updated, very clean and worry free condition. This cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to relax. Cold air conditioning, fresh purified water, and fast internet. Plenty of free parking. Free laundry on common area screened porch. Sorry no pets allowed. Easy refund policy. 50amp Level 2 EV car charger on site
