Couple with a Dog

We loved our stay. The location was ideal to the beach, park, and restaurants. It was located off a quiet street: it was great to have a washer/dryer on site. The AC unit in the bedroom was noisy when plugged in. However at night we needed the unit on to keep the place cool. We will come again but next time stay on the bottom unit (easy access for walking our little dog and the covered parking).
Stella loved the space. But the stairs were scary.

Great place great location!

This condo was exactly what we wanted. Clean, decorated well, AC was great, bed was comfortable. Communication was very quick and helpful. The location is sooo good. Close to Kolb park with pickle ball courts and only a block from public beach parking. We will definitely be back!

Not as clean as I had hoped.

Let's start with the positive-- the location is perfect. Super close to everything. Also, I was happy that there was sufficient parking. I was unfortunately disappointed with the cleanliness of things as we arrived. Upon arrival we had noticed a cockroach on the counter and discovered another behind the fridge. Later in the stay there was another in the bathroom. I can understand it being a bit difficult to manage, but on the flip side I have stayed in many vacation rentals and have never had this specific issue. Other small things that could have used a deep clean were throw pillows and the shower. Lastly, some of the clean dishes in the cabinet were less than clean. Overall not bad, but I'm not sure about booking again.

Perfect spot to unwind

My 16 y/o daughter and I made an impromptu decision to spend her spring break in Florida. Not really knowing much about the west coast side of Florida, we were so happy with our stay in IRB. Our lodging with Sandy Feet was perfect. Very clean and accommodating. The VRBO listing is true to its description. This quaint apartment was in an ideal spot with food, markets, and beach only a short walk. Ubers were easily ordered with no more than a 5-10 minute wait time. We had a wonderful time and plan on coming back to stay with Sandy Feet!!

Very clean and cute unit. For a small place in square feet it didn't feel that small. Only downside is the unit was up one level. Side rail on right going up not very secure for the steep steps. Would definitely stay again though. Quiet neighborhood. Only one block from beach. Several eating places within short walking distance

The property is perfect for a couple. It is a comfortable well equipped condo one short block from Gulf Blvd and within walking distance of all the restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach

Great Location

We overall enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze 5. The most positive aspects were the location of the property, and it was satisfactorily clean. The property management company was extremely responsive and provided excellent customer service. The unit is in need of a few improvements. The living room sofa is old and not comfortable, in our view. Same applies to the chairs on the patio and the beach chairs. We suggest screens on the windows as well. The listing indicated cable TV; this is not accurate and should be modified. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this review

Overall we had a great stay. Some of the kitchen items needed updated-toaster, vacuum, AC needed cleaning, but overall it was a very nice stay. We would definitely rent again

Peaceful retreat

This property was clean and quiet. Within walking distance of restaurants and beach was right across the street.it is a small unit but if enough for 2 people. Full size kitchen and appeared to be supplied with adequate dishes and cookware. Bed very comfortable. My only suggestion would be for the owners to maybe provide more comfortable seating. The couch is very low seating. The chairs at the small table uncomfortable. Would also suggest a small table on the porch and maybe a little more comfortable seating. Also to provide more than 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 2 people with a 4 day stay.

Finding calm

It was like my own little sanctuary. Conveniently close to the beach and all that brings while having the benefits of spending quiet time tucked in quietly on a side street when it at the beach. Phenomenal neighborhood, local restaurants and shops are nearby without being in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. Management was very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. Although any concern was minor. Will most definitely be back!!

Family fun

We enjoyed our stay!! Close to the beach and close to stores if things were needed like coffee. Nice little coffee shop at the end of the block!! Very clean and charming little space to call home for a few days!! Will definitely go back!!

Cute, clean, convenient

Short walk to the beach, restaurants, convenience store and even a nail salon. My teen daughter and I enjoyed this cute place! Bed was super comfortable and shower was great! There are chairs and beach towels for the beach if you need (we didn’t), and a parking spot for each unit. Communication was excellent - Would absolutely rent from Sandy Feet again!

Sweet little home

The building is a pretty blue with turquoise trim. It was off the busy street but less than a block to the beach. Very neat and tidy. Quiet but friendly neighbors. I think the owner was generous with leaving chairs, towels and an umbrella for the beach. We have already told a few people about the great location. The neighborhood is lived in with pickle ball courts and a baseball diamond a few steps away. We watched a local team play! The owner took our call and answered questions before we arrived. There were no issues. We want to come back.
