Nice and quiet

My husband and I were looking for a place on the beach and not a lot of traffic. The rooms are well kept and just steps from the beach

We had a wonderful time. Room was great, plenty of kitchen utensils, silverware, everything was well stocked & clean. We've been coming to Redington & Madeira beach for over 40+ years (FL native & my Aunt lives in Redington) & have found this place has the best accommodations for our family

OK but old

Bathroom tiny, old, run down. Laminate floors coming apart with large gaps between boards. Needs updating. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Nice large screen TV. Great location.

Paid to much for what this unit was.

As soon as we got there the bathroom sink was stopped up and had no strainer. No one returned my call about it the whole week. The toilet wasn't very clean and for what this unit costs to rent I believe at a minimum the toilet seat could be replaced. Drawers in the kitchen and bedrooms need wiped out. Fridge didn't work very good. More I could say but no use I won't be back unless the price was half of what I paid. It was however nice walking right out to the beach

Cleanliness issue

Blood in comforter in main bedroom,staff did respond and replace immediately. Food and wrappers under the coffee table on arrival. Bathroom is beyond our dated. Towels, no exchange but you get to pay to do laundry, seriously. Dishes in the cupboard had stuck on food.

Back to the 70's

Condo was located in perfect location; but inside was dirty and decorated with very old decor. Condo lacked appropriate necessities for cooking and was in desperate need of updates. Wouldn't recommend this Condo. I talked to many others in same building and all said their condos were outdated too.

Not as advertised

First of all, the place was not clean. The bathroom was disgusting. If I had been with my wife, she would have refused to stay in the room. I had to wipe out the top of the bathtub because there was hair, etc. Under the faucet, hadn't been cleaned in probably 2 months. The bedroom to the front with the double twin beds had bugs and the beds were horrible.

Enjoyed the condo, everything we needed was there! So helpful!

It was easy to rent and not really a problem coming in on a Saturday with no one in office, had the lockbox. Parking was little difficult

Disappointed

Cost of the unit was too expensive for the condition of the unit. Kitchen and bathroom need major upgrades. My daughter found a cockroach when entering the bathroom.

Great location, okay place

There was no sleeper sofa in the living room as mentioned in the listing and the floors were filthy but the location cannot be beat! Right on the beach and a few minutes drive to many restaurants

They moved us to another area and place.

They said it was an upgrade, but climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage and then groceries didn't seem like it to us. Then everyday having to load up to go to beach and carry cooler, sun bags, towels, chairs down 3 flights and back up. Not much of a vacation was had. Way way to much work. Was very disappointed.
