The outside space and location of this property was excellent. 8 minutes to Indian Rocks beaches and Gulf Boulevard. We could head to the beach in the morning and go back to the pool when our little ones needed naps. We enjoyed the outdoor eating area and TV. Several nights we stayed under the lanai and watched TV in the glow of the pool. The park up the road was awesome. The walkers in our group exercised there several times over our stay and we used the playground as well. The house was clean and well kept. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, and toys. (Feel free to cut the following)Some constructive advice that would make you a better host. It would be nice to have a good supply of paper towels, toliet tissue, dish washer tabs, dish soap, and clothes soap. There is nothing more annoying that having to make a Target run your first day of vacation. I felt the bare minimum was supplied and we had to purchase more of these items during our stay. Also the quality of these items was subpar compared to what we have received at other area VRBOs. There are not enough pots and pans for a family of 5 to cook dinner every night. We struggled with proper cookware and utensils when we cooked. We have family members with food allergies so eating out is not an option for us. The toaster was terrible. I ended up buying bigger coffee cups and leaving them at the house. The ones at the house barely held a cup of coffee. Again subpar compared to other rentals.
