Perfect Location and Space

Great property! We had two teenage girls with us and the large bedroom with two beds and the bathroom with double sinks was perfect for them. The adults enjoyed the balcony, perfect views of the sunset. Yes, the property is dated, but it is clean with an affordable price point.

Girls Trip

Stay was great. We were wanting to stay a few extra days. But the owner wanted to charge way more than the daily rate. We could have rented it for another week for what they were asking. The condo wasn't rented out for the rest of the month.

Lots of stuff broken and tile floors were filthy

Light switches were old and broken. Tile floor throughout the unit was filthy, grout lines are filled with dirt. The remotes to the TV and cable were missing batteries and the TV remote does not work even with new batteries. The shower head in bathroom off the living room was difficult to adjust. Outlet on the patio was unusable and dangerous. The unit needs a really good cleaning and a new paint job.

Great Views of the Beach

5 stars on the views and the beach being right out your door. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider staying there again. Unit is a little dated and most other reviews are spot on about the bed and the drier but all in all we didn't have any major problems and everyone had a blast.

This condo seriously needs some updating. For the price I think we would look at other properties in the same complex that are better equipped and a bit more comfortable.

Beautiful place to stay; great location!

Condo was very spacious and clean. Guest bedroom was very comfortable with flat screen tv and firm comfortable beds. The master bedroom is very outdated and in need of a new mattress- it sags in the middle so if two people are in the bed- you roll together. I was looking forward to catching up on sleep this vacation and the master bed was less than desirable for that. I ended up sleeping in he guest room with the kids just to catch a little sleep. The master bed does not have a TV either. Would have rated this 5 stars if 1( the master bed was bigger and not saggy and 2) dryer worked first time drying clothes. Loved having our own washer and dryer but the dryer took 3 attempts to dry the clothes. We made it work though. Living room very comfortable and loved having stair access to the condo so didn’t have to use the elevator every time. Check out was not convenient as you have to drop off the keys at the rental place about 10 minutes down the street- most places you can just leave the keys at the condo. This was difficult for us as we didn’t have a car to get them there. Again, made it work. Overall, we would rent this again IF the bed was replaced and would recommend to friends.

Condo needed several updates, including kitchen appliances and bathrooms. But was fine for our needs

There was plenty of room for the 4 people that stayed there and enough room to host 12 others for dinner 2 nights. We were impressed with the views from the balcony and ease of access to beach. The pool was nice as well. We would stay there again but would hope that some improvements would be made to the condo before we go again.

Condo not updated and needing some TLC

I will begin with the positives. The pool area was very nice and the beach was a short walk from pool and also very nice. Although the kitchen has not been updated it was fine...had everything we needed (well, it was short on drinking glasses). The rest of the unit has some issues. Finding the unit was difficult. We found the unit by trial and error. We discovered that the elevator button 1R takes you to Unit 1C (how should we know this?). So our beginning was not smooth. Then we proceeded to unload groceries and noticed the kitchen faucet was loose, which my husband tightened somewhat. Lightbulbs were missing out of one of the bathrooms. Hall lights were not working. Some of the laminate was off the bathroom vanity. A metal plate was where the deadbolt should have been. Master bed not very comfortable. Window in Master Bedroom does not latch and has a huge gap, allowing wind and rain in. Lock from the balcony to stairway was inoperable. We did notify SunVista to make them aware of these issues so they could attend to them after we left. Nothing was so major that it had to be dealt with while we were there. The floor plan layout is very disfunctional....we made it work because there were only 2 of us, however we wpuld not return to this unit for this reason. Having the main bathroom off the living area and not close to a bedroom would not be satisfactory for more than 2 people.
