The poolside room was perfect for me and my two teens. The beach is just a few minutes walk which was perfect too. I loved that the hotel provided beach chairs for us to bring to the beach. I 100% recommend this hotel especially if you are traveling with kids.

For about $100 per night, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was safe and centrally located. The room was clean and quiet. There were a few very minor esthetic flaws that a little touch up paint would fix, but that would be nitpicking. I would highly recommend this hotel as an alternative to the much more expensive resorts.

You can't beat the location—it's super close to the beach and Pier 60. Just a heads up that it’s definitely a motel vibe rather than a 3-star hotel. Good for a budget stay near the water, but don't expect hotel-level luxury.

The hotel was not fancy, but it was across the street from the beach. Great location! The pool was heated and the staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel itself is tad runned down, but not HORRIBLE. If you're looking for an afforable hotel in Clearwater, this is a great choice. I'd book again if the price was right. However, if you’re going to spend thousands on a hotel, don't let it be this one.

The room smelled of musk and mold the whole time we were there. Turned off the AC for the first 4 days of our vacation because it smelled so badly. Luckly it was nice enough to have our windows open. And on our last night stay the room was flooding by the airconditioner. Water was streaming in getting all of our things wet on the floor. Right next to the plug-in. Such a fire hazard especially without a fire alarm in the room. Then they moved us to another room that wasn't even the same lay out. Had smaller beds so my fiance and I slept in separate beds. Asked to talk to a manager. No one around at all to talk to. Asked for a number. Nothing. So yeah terrible. If you suffer from asthma like me and my partner do, please do not stay in these rooms with the mold issues.
