Double Queen Bed Unit

Sleeps up to six with two Queen beds and pull out sofa in living room. Private bathroom and kitchen. Living area and patio off the bedroom. Boutique motel with gas grills, dock for fishing, bikes, kayaks, paddle board and coin laundry on premises. Five minute walk to beach, ten minute walk to restaurants, shops and bars. Each unit has own parking spot for one vehicle. Kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils and everything needed for cooking needs including a full refriderator.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.

Perfect location!

This was a wonderful place to getaway! Very convenient and close to the ocean. The pool was warm and our kids loved swimming in it. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect appointed suite with nice view.

Central location, nice amenities, very clean and comfortable for family of 3. You might want to bring a few groceries. We did not find a grocery store but the restaurants were so good we didn't really look either. Very nice pool and grill area!

Great place and host

The stay was exactly what we needed! Everything was neatly explained before the stay but there was no clue about the checkout process and property manager was also not available to contact and get clarified. The property was very much neat and clean I really appreciate that, but the kitchen sink tap mouth was fully covered by a black layer which was very disgusting to use it. The laundry was coin based like you have to pay and use which has to be told before the stay and wasn’t.

Suite was just as described and offered most necessities to have a successful family vacation. Suite was cute and nicely decorated. Wasn’t as clean as anticipated as floor in kitchen had a sticky floor upon check in and vent above stove had grease. Pullout couch still had a used sheet on it when first opened. These were definitely not deal breakers, as property grounds were nicely cared for and location was good with beach only 3 blocks away. Nice pool and picnic tables with great bay views. Trolly stop outside hotel. Would stay again.

Just GREAT! Love Clearwater area and this condo.

Perfect experience from ease of check-in including prior to rental communication throughout the stay. Location was great and place was nice for 6 as long as you could work with 1 bathroom. Close walk to beach and nice restaurants and the local nightlife area. I'd recommend to anyone. One issue of a bathroom window that may have fallen out with wind while we had it open was not responded to quickly even though we called immediately upon seeing it. Not an issue as it didn't hinder our use or stay. Clearwater is nice and in 2017 we stayed a little further down at a condo in Indian Shores that was very nice also but slightly prefer the Clearwater area and this time didn't have or need a car rental for the week there.
