Amazing Property

Great condo super close to the beach. Fun to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean at night. Great for kids and plenty of room. Only down side is the balcony is overlooking the pool area to the condo next door. The people there were very loud and lots of parties. The pool for this condo was perfect and beach access was easy. Beach was great and not very crowded. Definitely recommend this property.

Great location and functional

This was a great location! We spent time in Clearwater, the town of St. Petersburg, St. Pete's Beach and John's Pass which are fun areas. You can't beat proximity to the gulf in this unit and we rented the blue beach chairs ($35/day). We enjoyed the pool but also wished they had a hot tub because a few days were cooler. The unit is spacious which was nice for our family of 6, but needs a little TLC. The tile floors are not secured well and make a grinding noise when you walk. The master bedroom door to the lanai can only be closed by pushing it closed from the lanai and the washing machine doesn't spin. With new floors and updated appliances, this place would be quite a gem!

Peaceful & clean beach/nice unit

Check-in was super easy. Covered parking. Lovely unit that was well equipped. Steps away to your beach chair from the unit. We went in early May and the beach was perfect. Calm shallow waters and white powdery sand. Beautiful sunsets. The area feels very safe and our stay was very relaxing.

Unit needs updating and a deep cleaning, had to pick up keys and parking pass from leasing agent 2 miles away, not convenient at all. Keys to pools worked poorly. However, view and access to beach and pool were amazing.

Paradise!

We had a fabulous 10 day stay right on the ocean front. Such a beautiful view to wake up to and hear the waves crashing at night. We came back to Wisconsin with the much needed 🙌 Vaca we needed! Thanks for making this trip memorable. We hope to come back real soon!

Great location

This condo is great because of the beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the beach and pool. We sat on the porch every morning. The area is secure, requires a key to get to main building and pool. The pool is heated and was great on cooler days. The unit had comfortable beds, plenty of beach towels. We would come back again!

Wonderful view

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Beautiful view from the balcony of the gulf. Beds were comfortable as were the other accommodations. Only downsize was the unit overlooked another property and noise at all hours in their pool area.

Wonderful location

The unit itself was nicely decorated and spacious. We had a terrible time with the cable and internet. We could only get 2 stations on the main TV. The master bedroom TV could not get any stations (ROKU). Kept getting error messages referencing weak signal. The location was convenient.

Silver ware was dirty and inside drawers were moldy. We cleaned inside kitchen drawers. As well we had to wipe down everything, dusty and sticky in places. But location was perfect and our overall stay was very nice.

Beach Shores 302

We have stayed at the Beach Shores condo over the years. It was clean and very enjoyable. WE had everything we needed to cook enjoyable meals ans snacks. We loved the pool and private beach. We often took the local trolley/bus to Johns pass for shopping, jet skis, a pirate boat adventure and dinner cruise. We have para-sailed in the past, but the weather did not permit this time....but we will be back!

5 adults and a teenager all enjoyed living in this beautiful condo Lots of space in living area and a very well stocked kitchen for all the cooks All the beds were comfortable (firm) Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting Spent all our time on the beach !

Loved this condo #302.

This was a great location. 10 mins from johns pass and 20 mins from clearwater. Condo was updated and decorated very nicely. It had beach towels and chairs/toys for kids to use. Only suggestion would be to add more dish wash cloths and a cooler would have been nice to take down to the beach. Would stay here again! Loved the area. My other family members stayed in #508 and #503 and all 3 condos were superb!

The condo itself was very nice, but needed a deep down cleaning.

Our condo was not cleaned when we arrived. I was told it had gotten missed on the cleaning list. We were delayed by two hours getting into The condo and were not happy about it. It was a very nice condo in a. Good location.

Rejuvenated Condo adds Pleasure to Stay

We were pleasantly surprised to walk into the condo that had been recently totally redecorated with new furniture in the living and dining areas as well as new wall hangings throughout, not to mention the renovated bathrooms. These upgrades along with excellent weather made for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay in Indian Shores.
