Family Vacation

Our family vacation to Clearwater was great! This house accommodated all of us (12 people) and did not feel cramped at all and. There was still plenty of room to move around. We celebrated my better half’s 50th birthday there. The house is stocked with beach goings, chairs, toys, umbrellas, cooler and snorkels. The house also has bbq grills and plenty of pots to cook with. To explore the surrounding areas the drive is very minimal as this house is centrally located. We explored Fort Desoto, St Petersburg, Treasure Island, Indian Rock and Honeymoon Island all places I would recommend visiting while you are there. 10/10 would highly recommend this property.

Lakeshore spring break

The property was just what we needed! We had teenagers and adults and having the duplex it worked perfectly. Pool was warm, and clean! Host was very quick to reply for the few questions I had. We will be back. Short drive to Clearwater beach. Perfect location-close enough if you want to go to beach and far enough to be away from traffic.

Awesome, relaxing fun vacation house

This home is a for sure return. This is our second time here and everything was as expected, clean comfortable fun. Chairs and umbrellas were a plus. The pool area is perfect for not only swimming, it’s great for relaxing and bbq. Our age ranged from six to 59 and every one was happy. The host is a great communicator Happy to have had an awesome host.

Family Trip

We were in Clearwater for my grandma’s birthday and Easter. The property was a comfortable size for 7 adults and the pool area was very nice to hang out. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The management company was very responsive and helpful with questions we had. A few cons of the property - The bathroom towels could use some updating as they’re very thin. Additionally, the supplies in the house were very minimal…we stayed for a week and ran out of paper products (tissues, paper towels, toilet paper) and needed to buy more. The kitchen is outfitted with lots of cookware, but sparse on products like condiments, which is to be expected but a nice to have for guests. Lastly, the house is in a neighborhood right by an airfield, so during the day it can get noisy with air traffic. Overall the house met our needs for what we were looking for.

Pictures and location didn’t reflect listing on VRBO

Main house Needs a deep clean. The shower in master bath: faucets loose, hard to turn off and on, ants in shower. The pool company lacked professionalism as they were rude and short with us. We’re on vacation, not in the office back home working. Guest House In need of a deep clean: sticky substance on the wall that spilled down on the floor. Patio door was leaning against the home in the outdoor area, not on the door. Shower liner was oversized making it uncomfortable to shower. Need a floor mat in the shower to avoid a slip and fall. We were fine but if someone older stayed you might have any issue. Someone needs to adjust the toilet as it doesn’t stop running in time causing a slow leak out of the toilet handle. Washer and dryer worked great and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and patio area but disappointed with the lack of care in regard to the garden areas as in plants and landscaping. The location was less than desirable and not inline with what the rental indicated on VRBO. Overall we enjoyed our stay but disappointed that the pictures did not match how the place felt. We appreciate your quick response with our questions though out our stay and are glad we could increase the heat on the pool as it was a great improvement.

Nice house for family

Well suited and comfortable for family Thanksgiving. Pool was success for younger ones, and adults enjoyed the screened in porch. Would have preferred standard cable service for Thanksgiving sports.

Fabulous

This home had more to offer than expected. This home has everything you need plus some. Beaches are close by…… with the beautiful backyard pool area it’s a super plus. My family and I where a group that ranged from age 3yrs old to 58yrs. And everyone enjoyed it. Thanks for the extras like cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas. And pool shower was also a plus. I have to say the deco was beautiful. I highly recommend this home. Definitely will return. Once again thank you from the whole Familia.

Great for bigger groups

Unfortunately we stayed at this property during a cold snap in Florida. The pool never warmed up higher than 70 degrees which was on our last night of staying. For the kids, this was a big bummer! The property manager was very responsive as we had a few questions about the property when we first arrived and during our stay. The neighborhood was less than desirable. We had 3 families with 6 kids total and it was a suitable space.

Family gathering

We had an extended group of family all traveling for a funeral. The house very was spacious for all of us and we never felt crowded. Everyone enjoyed the pool area and it was just a short drive to the beach. The listing did not say that there were beach chairs/umbrellas so that was a nice bonus when we got there since it was not something we could bring with us on the plane.

Great Place

This was the perfect place for my family. My husband, kids and I stayed on the smaller side and my parents/grandparent stayed on the other. We all enjoyed the pool every moment we could, along with grilling in the back yard. The houses were very clean and well kept. Check in and check out were a breeze! The location is perfect, about 15 minutes to the beach and it's close to other attractions as well.
