What a great place to stay and exactly as advertised. The beach and view are incredible. The condo was perfectly clean, updated very nicely, and had everything we needed. This also is the best location in the entire area in my opinion. We had a little hiccup getting into the unit, but response and resolution was quick. The only downside is no private balcony; however, being able to sit outside on the walkway outside the room with this location makes it all worth it. My wife and I certainly recommend and would stay again.

Jason and Amber were absolutely amazing hosts! The condo was exactly as described—very clean, beautifully updated, and the views were incredible. Communication was seamless; they were always quick to respond and made everything easy from start to finish. This was such a great experience that we’ve already reached out to book again for next year. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

Place was perfect for family of 4. Clean updated with great view of beach, sunsets were great too! The only cons was water pressure made it difficult to shower, and no WiFi. We didn’t mind as much bc we were on the beach mainly. Would go back again.

Unit was very updated and clean. Many small touches made the stay very nice. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly with answers. They even checked on us when there was a storm and we lost power temporarily. Would stay there again.

Great condo and location. Jason was responsive any time I reached out to him. The condo was clean and was equiped with everything we needed including beach accessories. We were looking for a place that was on the beach, a little more secluded with clean, updated accommodations. This condo exceeded our expectations entirely! Island Paradise Condo

Thank you so much for the lovely stay in your condo. The pictures shown were just as the unit looks. It has been updated, beautiful furniture and clean. The owners have thought about everything from cooking supplies, beach chairs to the smallest of things like bandaids. They offer lots of amenities that I have not seen in other places we have rented. Wonderful communication back and forth with the owners - quick responses. Don’t hesitate to rent this nice beachfront unit. You will be very happy.

Family Vacation

Couldn't have been a better experience. Owners were great and communicated well. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The pull out bed was surprisingly good. There were beach chairs/umbrella and toys for the kids. It is a corner unit which is right by the stairs which was perfect. There was basically no foot traffic by the unit. Pool/beach/view were all perfect. Shells were plentiful and we found so many good shells and sand dollars. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great apartment right on the water

The location of this condo can’t be beat. It is the end unit facing the ocean only steps from the beach. The apartment itself is very comfortable and comes with all kinds of beach equipment to help you enjoy your stay. It is walking distance to two restaurants and the supermarket is only a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation on Sunset Beach. This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Very clean. Enjoyed the snack basket that was in the condo. Loved having the beach just a few steps away and always in sight. A short walk down the beach we found Caddy’s restaurant/bar and absolutely fell in love with it too. Lots of beautiful sea shells and sand dollars on the beach too. Absolutely loved this place. Thanks Jason for letting us stay at your place.

Location! Location! Location!

Like someone told me years ago when you’re looking for a place to buy or a vacation spot to go to it’s always about location location location and this is the place to go! I have stayed in other places in Treasure Island but this is now my favorite! The most breathtaking views of the gulf and sunsets, the beach and the water right outside of the unit. Everything about the process was easy, and our hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. Tons of places in the area to eat, if you’re looking for an excellent meal, look no further than the restaurant “Middle Grounds”. The unit itself is spotless and had everything we could possibly need for our stay including beach chairs & umbrella, chairs to sit on the balcony for those amazing sunsets and small items that were thought of for us in case we forgot something. The pool is also awesome! We will no doubt be booking again in the near future! Thanks again Jason!

Best place in the area!

This was the perfect place and met all the criteria we were looking for, especially for the price, and especially compared to other options in the area. The condo was extremely well-appointed, clean, and decorated very nicely. There were extra items as others stated in case you forgot something, just like you may find in a hotel. There were enough towels, pillows, extra blankets, etc which sometimes you do not find in rental properties. The listing was extremely accurate in their photos, depiction, and description of the amenities and items offered. The location was unbeatable. If you want to be ON the beach, you will be extremely satisfied. There is nothing separating the building from the beach, and this specific stretch of beach is not wide at all, so you are a stone’s throw from the water. The pool is also directly on the beach and very easily accessible. The convenience of this cannot be stressed enough especially if you have small kids or families who cannot stay in one place for very long. You can see out to the pool and the beach easily from the condo. This is a quieter stretch, which is exactly what we were looking for. Other spots along this beach can be busier at certain times. But the location is near one of the main roads which takes you onto the island and you won’t have to travel far to access other areas. I looked for a place for a long time and I am glad I found this property. I will also definitely return if possible!
