the hotel itself was pretty and modern, front desk staff were friendly and accommodating! but housekeeping sucks there... it's not really clean. they don't even do everything they say they do...😒 overall it was pretty disappointing

The quality of service, and friendliness of the whole team is superb. Breakfast is good. The area is not the best, but it's what you can expect near an airport. We will visit again, and recommend to friends and family

Fridge in room took hours to cool and then froze all the food, ruining it all. Glassware in room still was dirty and staff were unresponsive to ask for new ones. Shower soap was empty. They sent text to checkin but they never responded for both nights.
