Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Balcony access may be temporarily limited when work is being performed on your unit’s section, although most balconies remain available during the project. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The pool remains open during most of the project, with limited access possible when work is being done above the pool deck.
