The other desk staff, breakfast crew, maintenance personnel and housekeeping all exhibited professional and happy demeanors. The entire hotel was very clean. The staff was also amazing with special gratitude to Danny at the front desk. He went above and beyond to get us anything we needed (cookies). The staff at the breakfast area were also very helpful and friendly. They even let us get some things before they were actually open for breakfast because of the early flight that my wife and I had. To place is perfect for a family vacation and lots of places within walking distance. If I’m ever back there again I will definitely stay there! Thanks Randy.

This was the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. Front desk staff greeted us every time we came through the front door. Breakfast staff was fantastic… friendly and was always asking if we needed anything.. pool was clean… lobby , rooms and exterior were very inviting!!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dunedin area.
