I noticed a few issues during my stay. First, I found silverfish coming out of the shower drain, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, there was no microwave in the room. I hold a Florida handicap parking permit, but when I checked in, the front desk staff told me there was no handicap parking available. I was instructed to pay for self-parking at a rate of $20.00 per night. As a result, I parked at the company’s sister hotel, The Exchange Hotel, which is a block and a half down the street. Although I paid for the self-parking, I later found a handicap parking space on the street and never ended up using the self-parking ticket that I had stamped as paid. In the future, I will certainly choose a hotel that offers daily valet parking, as this establishment only provides valet service on Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays until 1 PM.

Good hotel, nice room however the front desk person that was here when we checked in was not friendly at all. We were there a couple of hours before the check in time and our room was not ready (which is ok) however I asked her to call us when the room was ready and she said she was too busy for that… clearly she did not give a damn. Also there is no desk and no chair to work in the room so if you plan to work, be aware it is extremely uncomfortable to do so in the room
