The front desk staff, Denise was excellent. Unfortunately, the bathrooms in each of the rooms were dirty and not well kept. The showers had literal dirt in them. The elevator was down, causing us to haul our luggage up the stairs, and the air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work. We did document everything at the front desk, but it was explained we would need to go through the site we booked with to potentially get some sort of refund.

Good hotel, kind staff, clean room, good breakfast. We arrived at the hotel at night, we really liked the woman at the check-in desk, she was very professional and friendly, it is very rare to find such check-in desk staff in US hotels, most of them are rude and unprofessional.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and overall the experience was okay, but it didn’t reflect the usual Marriott standards I’m used to. The hotel feels quite old, and the hallways have an “old building” smell that seems to be masked with strong perfume or aroma sprays. The elevator also didn’t seem to work properly at times. The room itself was fine, but very small, and the bathroom and overall interior were just “okay.” Definitely feels more like a basic 2–3-star property rather than a typical Marriott experience. The place could really benefit from better maintenance, updated ambience, and improved elevation/overall appearance. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Not a bad stay, but definitely room for improvement. I doubt I stay again unless I trapped into low price
