This was the best VRBO experience! The condo was easy to find with ample parking. The premises were perfect with relaxing areas in the sun and in the shade. While the beach won out everytime over the pool, it looked clean and inviting. Elevator was a much appreciated amenity! I enjoyed the ocean view from my balcony but every sunset was observed from the sand - spectacular!! THANKYOU for the outdoor shower/feet wash just before the patio. Perhaps the safety of this place can be measured by the fact sandals were left at the shower station and every single day they were still there when beach time was over with the setting sun!Inside was immaculate! There was even a bucket of cubes in the freezer ready to provide a refreshing drink after a long drive and unpacking. The shower - just pull the faucet straight out and you’ll experience great water pressure!! Only thing I could suggest would be chip clips - everything else you have thought of! This New York State girl will definitely be back!Dockside Dave’s, John’s Pass and Eddy’s - straight down Gulf Boulevard towards Indian Rock’s Beach!!Best host ever!

The property is in a great location but could use some TLC and maintenance. Lights keep coming on in the middle of the night in the bedroom. Pictures don't properly represent the room conditions. Entire condo needs updated and lots of maintenance needed. Not your normal wear but more like neglected room maintenance. Booked ocean side and it's actually not oceanview but side of the building view.

Condo on the beach

This is an ideal location . Right on the beach . The condo we rented was filthy . With many things broken and poorly stocked . The manager was very nice and did the best she could to help . The bedspread was full of stains and absolutely sickening . I would rent here again but a different unit .

We were told there would only be a few supplies and that we needed to get our own for longer stays. What it should’ve said is bring everything. Only one trash bag, and when I asked for more I was told there were more in the can. Nope. No washcloths but said makeup cloths provided, nope never found those either. Only one dishwasher pad and the dishwasher sounds like it’s going to explode when running. Be advised there’s no beach bars to walk to, no grocery stores or quick stops within walking distance. There’s laundry but you have to add an app on your phone and use a credit card. So if you don’t have a car it’s tough.

The front door of the neighbors is right outside the bedroom window. And they were up all night till 3-4am going in and out of there front door. We didn’t sleep all weekend.

Belleair Beach Club

The property was as listed. It was a renovated condo with a nice view of the Gulf. The host was responsive when we had an issue. The bathroom was dirty behind the door, but otherwise the condo was clean and well stocked. The only negative was a light right outside the bedroom window that shines all night through the blind and room darkening curtains, which is an issue if you like it dark.

Cute beach front cozy stay

Quaint location 3 miles from the bustle of Clearwater. Perfect patio for windy days. Awesome pool and pool deck if beach is too windy. Literal steps from the beach. My daughter and I enjoyed this as a quiet get away for her Spring Break.

Great Place to stay

This rental was perfect for us, the beach was only a few steps away from the unit we stayed in. The area was peaceful and quiet, and eateries was a short drive away. Overall we highly recommend this unit.

Great Accommodation in a Gorgeous Location!

We had an amazing time at this lovely condo! Check-In and Check-Out was smooth and painless. We were able to use amenities (access the pool and the beach, not the condo itself) before check-in to the condo, which made us feel like we had an extra day of vacation. The property is clean, super cute and great for a family, or a romantic couple. Our view from our private balcony, of the beach and breath-taking sunsets, was amazing. The location of the property is superb, not overly crowded, and absolutely gorgeous beach. There are plenty of delicious restaurants within miles, and short drive from the popular Pier 60. If I was forced to say anything negative, it would only be that they don't provide wash-cloths. LOL... that's it though. Thank you Antoni for great communication and a humble, comfortable place for us to make amazing memories! We will absolutely come back!
