This place was squeaky clean, had everything one needs for a beach getaway and the check in process was a breeze! It was actually more than a studio, with extra changing space outside the bathroom and a recessed kitchen area that made the king bed feel spacious in the room. Everything felt new. There was enough of a beach view from the bedside window to feel like you were close to the beach without paying an “on the beach” price. Great value with modern amenities in an “old Florida” setting.

Amazing location and the beach was beautiful. We never needed a car and we were here for 3 nights! we were about to get an early check in and late check out so that made a huge difference! I know that’s not always possible! The only think I would say is that the condo’s AC was loud and one of the main lights were out. But the bed was comfortable and the location was amazing. Great communication and service too!

Perfect spot

This property was absolutely perfect for myself and my partner. It was a close walk to the beach and en even closer walk to the pool. The unit was fully stocked with all the beach essentials. We are already looking forward to booking again next year!

Bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets and mattress were covered in bugs and larvae upon arrival. iTrip property management team did a great job of relocating us immediately, as they believed the issue would require extermination services.

Creepy crawlies

Termites were found at the base of the wall near the bed, as well as in the bed itself! Over the course of five evenings we would find three or four wingless termites crawling on the sheets as we turned the bed down. Nothing quite like trying to go to sleep with that creepy crawling feeling. Also, the floors were dirty in the unit, and the stairway and hallway carpet was filthy.
What is believed to be a termite on the bedsheet.

Excellent location but unfortunately many places I remember eating and shopping were gone or closed since the hurricane. It was sad to see and very few people in the area. The beach is always beautiful and the water warm!
