They advertised as being a Resort, they are not, a resort has full amenities, such as full service restaurant, spa, health club, etc. The restaurant was a bar that served bar food in styrofoam boxes and drinks in plastic cups. Did not have a beach had to walk off property for that. Had to go off property for everything. The elevator did not work two of the days we were there. Doors in the room did not work, no telephone in the room, no jacks for cell phone, had to go out to buy a brick so I could charge phone. The one staff person I saw was not friendly.

The bed could use a mattress topper or some line of comfort as it was not very comfortable in the shower could use a shelf of some sort so that you're so do not have to sit on the shower floor.

Room was clean. Wasn’t able to get fresh towels. Usually not a problem but shower design was partial open allowing bathroom floor to get wet. Used all existing towels to soak up water. Made ok using beach towels for next day.

Room small but with just enough room for the two of us. Balcony gave us a great view. Right above Marker 8 Tiki Bar, so much fun. Would have liked Coffee pods to fit our 4 cup pot, not single pods. Needed access to my sister's room when she had an accident, Emergency staff off site but helped me locate Emergency key.
