The property was perfect for our stay in Dunedin. Directions were accurate, walkable to downtown and restaurants, access to walking path, very clean and nicely decorated, relaxing pool and outside areas. The property was quiet and well maintained allowing for a pleasant relaxing stay.

Fun Place and Convenient

This was very clean, easy check in, and very well located especially if you bring a bike. It is right on the bike trail and easy access to all of Dunedin

Comfortable spot, quiet, wooded, great heated pool. Wonderful to be on Pinellas trial for biking, walking into charming Dunedin. My husband and I were in unit 1 of Tiny homes. My daughter, son in law and small children in unit 2. It was perfect. We were together ( pool, family cook out with grill and picnic table) but also had are own space. We hope to make this a February tradition. Host very accessible and helpful.

Super nice

Everything was new and in tip-top shape, and well-equipped for our stay. Good location not far from downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon island. Perfect for a couple.

What an amazing place! Exactly as advertised. Great to be walkable to Dunedin and the TD Stadium to catch a spring training ball game. Highly recommended.

Great stay!

Exactly as advertised. Top tier amenities. Nice touches like coffee, paper products, shampoo etc. Really enjoyed the pool. Quiet. Will be back!

Fit our needs

It is absolutely a small house. We just needed a place to stay that was a place to sleep, shower and relax in the evening and it was just what we needed. Clean, neat and easy in and easy out. Very efficient unit and location for us.

Perfect for the two of us!

Loved trying out staying in a tiny house! It was very enjoyable. The pool was just steps away, great temp. Everything we needed was provided. King size bed was very comfortable. Loved having the bike and walking trails right out in back of the place. We rented bikes and enjoyed an easy trip to watch the sunsets. Dunedin does it right by having all the side streets accessible with benches at the end of the roads ..Definitely will be back!

Great Weekend Visit

We were visiting family in Clearwater weekend of Feb 17-18. The Surf Shack is very cute, new and decorated very nice. We didn't get to use the pool as it rained and was chilly but it was new too. Stove, frig, dishes etc would be great for an extended stay, Grill & picnic tables too. We had the king size bed which was great. Would highly recommend. I had to call the owner for directions and very responsive and suggested a great dinner spot we enjoyed . Wish we could have stayed longer.

Dunedin tiny house

We especially liked our stay at the tiny house due to its proximity to the Pinellas bike Trail. We rented bikes for 4 days and recommend the folks at The Bike Lab. The trail is right out your door and easy to walk to downtown Dunedin. The pool was very clean and warm for February. The unit was very clean and quiet. There were a few things we felt would have been helpful to have : scissors, cheese grater, clothes hangers and GLASS drinking glasses. I don’t like drinking out of plastic. Other than that I highly recommend the tiny house especially if you want access to the trail and short walk to downtown.
