Perfect location to walk downtown to enjoy all the incredible shops and restaurants. Short drive to Honeymoon Island Park which we loved. Great family friendly Vrbo. We had a concern during our stay that was addressed and resolved. I hope to be able to come back again and the future and have fallen in love with Dudedin.

Downtown Gem

Our family stayed here for my son’s graduation from college. We could not have asked for a better experience. We had 5 people in our party and the house was perfectly sized to accommodate all of us with room to spare. The house was immaculate when we arrived and we appreciated the water and cookies left out for us upon arrival. Also within walking distance to everything in downtown Dunedin. Would absolutely stay there again.

Dunedin Condo

Our stay was better than fantastic. The condo was very clean and modern. The communication with the owners was prompt. Everything we needed was in the condo. The location can’t be beat!!! Close to the water and downtown. We were there for blue jays spring ball and this was an easy 25 min walk along the beautiful Pinellas trail. Everything is so convenient especially ALL the restaurants. We loved the pool area. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and can’t wait to return.

Awesome property!!

Stayed for a few nights with my teen children to visit with my Dad who lives locally. Perfect house for this. Very clean and larger rooms than expected. Great location and loved the pool and the washer/dryer— made for easy enjoyable stay. Will definitely re-book for our next visit.

Liked alot, clean, not too many units (other people, LOL). Near the water and lots of good restaurants/bars. Host, Katie, was wonderful, very accomodaing and quick to respond. We have already booked our next stay here!

Spring Training homebase

This was an excellent location and the perfect place to stay during Blue Jays spring training in March. My mother and I stayed for about a week. The Pinellas Trail is just on the other side of the road. I was a bit nervous about the traffic noise based on other reviews but I had no issues sleeping. We enjoyed using the pool after hot afternoons at TD Ballpark. We didn't drive in Dunedin at all because the location is so central to restaurants and the ballpark. There is also a great little grocery store nearby. Dunedin is also a very dog-friendly place (check out Bark Avenue), so we enjoyed that aspect of the town as well, even though we didn't have a dog with us. The house is very close to the waterfront, so any time we walked downtown we went along Victoria Drive and admired the incredible trees and homes along the waterfront. At dusk, you can also hear a Great Horned Owl so every night we tried to spot him. Also a giant osprey nest nearby for those who are interested. It's a quick drive to Honeymoon Island where there are amazing beaches and trails. Next time I'm in Dunedin, I will definitely try to rebook.
