Room was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Decorated very nice and the grounds were landscaped beautifully. Very walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops also a block from the pinellas trail. A very short drive to additional restaurants and Honeymoon Island or Clearwater. Most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. Would definitely stay here again if I return to this area.

I did not have an optimal check-in experience. I received a text that they were doing remote check in that day that let me know my room name and that the door was open. After a long day of travel, dragging my suitcase and golf clubs through a maze of a courtyard to look at every door to see if it’s my room was not a great first impression. I had to call the number that texted me and have her guide me to a second floor room in the back I would have never found. As a single female traveler, I also didn’t love that the room sat open unlocked. There are some little things like our bathroom sink didn’t have cold water and the property advertised laundry facilities that it didn’t have, that were a pain. Overall it was quaint, and the location is wonderful, and it was a good value, but not quite as advertised as a “guest house with personal tours of the property” more like an independent room, in a great location.

We loved our stay! We came for Wedding and this location was less expensive and closer to events than the hotels recommended! Loved being right in the middle of things. The apartment was really Inviting with great decor that was perfect for the 4 of us -so many extras. Clean and attentive staff! I will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay in The Cottage suite. It is a stand alone suite, just like a charming little cottage. Super clean & charming. Whilst it is not elegant & fancy, it has a quaint & wonderful vibe. Comfy king bed with nice linens. The walls are a bit thin so we did hear some of the goings on close by. But all music & noise was done by 9 pm. I suspect there might be a noise bylaw in Dunedin. Everything was within an easy walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here & will be back!

Likely the nicest place I've ever stayed. Everything was clean and a super peaceful and quiet property. They provide so many amenities whereby bringing 'things' other than yourself and your cloths is not necessary. Nice pool, with pool towels and even drink/food coolers for loan on your outing. Great rear property parking for guests and safe feeling neighborhood. Walking distance to the water, shopping, and outstanding dining and selection of local breweries. The TPA airport is under 30 mins away. I would definitely visit again!

We stayed in the Caladesi room. Wonderful small apartment with everything you need for an extended stay. Everything was awesome! Located right on the main Dunedin drag convenient to everything. Clean room, Pool was wonderful, and the staff took care of everything we needed. Highly recommended and we will be back again soon!
