Cute beach house!!

Wonderful location and experience! It’s only less than half a block to the white sand beach of Clearwater! So lovely to be this close. Beautiful sunsets especially! The grocery store is a 5 min drive and restaurants are walking distance. Comfy, well equipped home away from home! The laundry machines are an easy walk to their sister unit across the street and this access worked well for us. Appreciated the helpful communications of our host.

Family getaway

We stayed here for a family weekend getaway. The cottage was clean. Very close to the beach. We were there for the beach so we stayed close. We walked to the stores and restaurants we wanted to visit. We had a family of 4. It really wasn’t big enough for that. I would say 3 at most. Street parking only.

Fun beachside cottage

Excellent place if you want instant beach access and walking access to great restaurants and shops. It is a perfect size for 2-3 people and well equipped with the basics. Very clean and a quiet location with privacy.

Disappointed

We received our check in information 3 days prior to arrival, when we got there the unit was in mid construction & not ready for use. The owners knew this & did not inform us before our arrival or give us any options. They switched us to another unit but it was on the second floor with a long wooden staircase, we are in our 70's & this was very inconvenient. Owner said he would try to get us another unit but we never heard from them again. The unit we were in was nice but not what we wanted. We were disappointed in our stay.

It was a very very lovely place. A few steps from the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Clearwater Beach for a vacation or whatever your reason for being there. Very clean , very quiet , very beautiful. I will be going back and hope to stay there in the near future

Convenience, Relaxation And Fun In The Sun!

Loved the brisk 3 minute walk onto the beach! Neighborhood was super nice and clean and the other tenants staying there were social and friendly as well. Plenty of activities to do on the shopping strip and on pier 60. We did a clear kayak tour which was located only 2 minutes by vehicle from our unit and got to see some dolphins during the tour. Overall a perfect getaway for some fun in the sun and relaxation! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location steps to the beach!

From initial communication to end our stay was wonderful. Cottage was perfect size for several days. Litterly 100 steps to the beach. Perfect part of town, restaurants close by. Cottage was clean and bright, beach chairs were provided. Will definitely rent again.
