Surf Song #349 - Rain or shine, enjoy spectacular beach views from the covered balcony in this delightful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Surf Song! Here, you are close to everything, including spectacular warm gulf waters, white sandy beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and the popular John's Pass Village. Free Wifi Please note this condo does not have a phone. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Inside, guests will find a full kitchen, with granite countertops and stocked with utensils, including microwave and coffeemaker for added convenience. A dining table for four is the perfect location for enjoying a meal or playing games or you can sit at the kitchen bar sipping your favorite beverage after a fun filled day. The living area includes a flat screen TV. The outdoor balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, read a good book, or dine al fresco.

The master bedroom offers ample space with two comfortable queen sized beds, television and attached master bath, making this an ideal retreat for a family of four. Like all SunHost properties, the bathrooms are meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Great apartment in the heart of Madeira Beach/Johns Pass

Loved our stay at Surf Song and found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. Yes, it may not be a brand new modern unit but we found everything to be functional, clean, and comfortable. We slept well on the beds, which had a foam mattress topper and the water pressure in both the bathroom and kitchen was more than adequate. The location of the unit is fantastic. Steps to the sand and just across the street from the Johns Pass shopping district. The porch is wonderful for breakfast, watching sunsets, or just enjoying the breeze. We were there during the Johns Pass Seafood Festival and while the traffic on the street was quite heavy, we weren't bothered by the noise at all. We won't hesitate to stay here again!

Condo, location was nice BUT those beds the plastic layout chair with old cusion on balcony was softer than those 2 beds. We would only come back if new beds. No reason for owners not to atleast put a topper on those hard old beds.

Good location. Perfect view of the ocean. Nice pool & relaxing area. Plenty of washers & dryers. Nice size condo. 3 of us were here & plenty of room. Only thing I could say is the beds were quite uncomfortable. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Great place

We stayed for the week. Great location. Room is a bit dated, but is kept clean and tidy. Kitchen is stocked well with pots, pans and utensils. Beds are comfy. Shower pressure was good. It was nice drinking coffee in the morning and watching the afternoon storms roll through from the balcony. Staff was friendly and eager to please. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautyful appartment, great place to spend a longer time

We travel Florida for many years and had a lot of different condos on the Gulf beaches, but we will sure come back th 349 Surf Song. Great direct beachview, stunning sunsets. From the balcony you can see dolphins, pelicans, osprays and a lot of other birds. We found everything we needed in the condo including a full kitchen! Nice furniture, "old Florida style". The place is clean and quiet, the pool large enough, the patio around the pool offers enough tables with sun umbrellas and a lot of sunchairs (it would be nice, if there were more sun umbrellas). Direct acces to a wonderful beach. Private parking. John's Pass in walking distance with a lot of shops and restaurants.
