★Note about the Pool★
While the pool is not heated, you'll find it's perfect for refreshing dips during Florida's warm and sunny days. The natural warmth of the Florida climate ensures a comfortable and enjoyable swim year-round. The pool is not covered, so natural debris like leaves, grass, and bugs may occasionally fall into it. The pool is cleaned weekly on Thursdays and a net is provided for your convenience if you'd like to scoop out any debris. Please understand that refunds will not be issued for debris in the pool.

We are not responsible for FL weather changes / delays leading up to and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy stands. Please purchase Travel Insurance.

★BUGS & CRITTERS★
Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property.

★IMPORTANT★
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $33 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
