This was a last minute trip and it was great that this property was available. The host was very accommodating and the rental was updated and very nicely decorated. The building Is vintage and they did a great job in updating it but also keeping the charm of the original building. We only stayed 1 night but have to say the location is excellent.

Clearwater Beach Visit

Great location. Can park at property and never use your car during your stay. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Property manager continued to check in and see how we were doing.

This was a very nice smaller place to stay in an area full of giant chain hotels. Peaceful bay water right outside our room, a clean pool, comfortable room. Very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Great value for the price!

Very cute getaway spot!

This place was super cute, well furnished, had great closet space, good smelling toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc), very nice kitchen area with plenty of appliances, free parking, was in a GREAT location (close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc.), and our room had a BEAUTIFUL view right on the water! The online pictures did not disappoint!The only problem.. I read an earlier review that said the bed was uncomfortable but I figured my husband and I are not as picky as most folks, but that review was an understatement. The mattress was comfy but I’ve already let the manager know that the base is either terrible or broken and needs to be addressed because if the bed wasn’t super uncomfortable / broken, this would’ve been a 5 star review! If the base is fixed, this place is totally worth staying in. If it’s not, probably not worth it. Otherwise, very cute and very well furnished little suite! It had a nice, well-stocked kitchen with pretty much everything you could need! Very cute living space with a beautiful water view and was in the perfect location to go exploring and be able to walk pretty much anywhere you needed to go! We weren’t able to take advantage of the heated pool because it was too cold outside but the area was super cute and very well lit and would be a very nice accommodation normally!Overall, very cute space, LOVED the area and location and the host seemed very friendly, but make sure the bed is addressed before booking :)

Overall very good, nice decoration. Old motel that was update au gout du jour. Super clean, noce to have the view of the lagoon Wifii worked really well Downside Bed wasn’t super confortable, mattress protector maybe plastic…made it super hot
