Este condominio muy espacioso de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños cuenta con 1,200 pies cuadrados y es una unidad directa frente al Golfo, con una vista espectacular del Golfo de México y la playa. Desde su balcón privado, solo verá las hermosas playas blancas de Indian Shores. Es el lugar perfecto para comenzar el día, mientras espera a que los delfines naden por la mañana frente a usted y termine su día con las puestas de sol más hermosas que jamás haya experimentado.

Este condominio cuenta con 2 habitaciones: la habitación principal tiene una cama King size, pisos de madera noble, TV de pantalla plana, tocador grande, mesita de noche con lámpara para leer, armario grande, baño principal grande con bañera separada y ducha a ras de suelo, por lo que mucho espacio para 2. La suite principal tiene vistas al golfo y tiene acceso a su balcón a través de la puerta francesa. Abre tu ventana y escucha la ola desde tu habitación.

El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas de tamaño completo, ideal para 4 personas. Las habitaciones tienen armario, tocador, TV de pantalla plana y mesa de noche con lámpara para leer. Ofrecemos rieles de cama para nuestros visitantes más pequeños (de uso gratuito durante su estancia). Las habitaciones también tienen pisos de madera.

Disfruta de todas las comodidades del hogar en la cocina bien surtida, que incluye lavaplatos, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, tostadora y mucho espacio de gabinetes. Ya sea que visite durante solo 1 semana, o esté planeando una estadía prolongada, tendrá mucho espacio y todo lo que necesita en esta cocina.

El área de estar ofrece TV de pantalla plana, control remoto, reproductor de DVD, incluso un área de escritorio en caso de que necesite enchufarlo y conectarse un poco. Internet inalámbrico disponible y GRATIS para nuestros huéspedes.

Otras comodidades incluyen una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo ubicadas en la unidad, estacionamiento designado directamente afuera del elevador de acceso controlado para llevarlo a su condominio y estacionamiento adicional para invitados por orden de llegada.

2019 Vacation

We had a great vacation. The condo was awesome and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was super easy to check in/check out and everything we needed was right there in condo. We definitely recommend staying in 408!

Great Stay!

This property exceeded my expectations. The pictures don't make justice to the place. Yes, it is a bit outdated, but very well kept. Condo was clean, and it has everything you need from kitchen to beach gear.

Great Location

The property overall was very nice, including the swimming pool. The first time for me looking through key lock boxes for our room ; felt like I was on the "Amazing Race." Convenient location off the mainland highway

Close to everything.

We've been coming to Tampa/Clearwater area for 6 years now. I love the location of the Condo. Close to all attractions and restaurants. Walks on the beach was terrific. Heated pool help relax even more. Other guests was friendly. Thank you.

Perfection!

Zero issues. Excellent location and comfortable. Grab the sunset from the 12th floor outdoor bar at Spinners on St. Pete:s Beach. Italian cuisine at Villa Galace in Indian Rocks is superb. Toss in John's Pass and you're set!

Needs minor updates

Beautiful location and property, the condo was a little dated, it could use some newer pans, dishes and Keurig coffee maker. Had a few light bulbs out but over all it was a great place to stay.

Loved the property and location of condo the one thing I didn’t like is if you spend 175 dollars for a beach cabana people should not be allowed to put up three tents in front of you and block the beach view.

Beautiful location great condo.

Loved the location and condo. Not so much the Genko that was waiting for us as we came in on the bed. Lol. Also left message that there were no extra keys. A bonus would be to have cushions for patio furniture. Over all great vacation. Will definitely come back.

Family Fun

This was our first time renting from this company. It’s very convenient to have the keys at the property and not have to pick them up at a different location. The condo had EVERYTHING you need for the beach and pool. The property manager was very quick to respond when I had questions. I would rent from this company again!

Overall very good experience and would recommend. I don't like to be too negative, pictures make it look pristine, only 2 constructive criticism, 1. Couch, love seat and chair were pretty worn, should be updated 2. Beach chairs were very old and not usable. All else was very nice.

Two week getaway

The condo was as advertised,. One thing was the floors looked clean, but after walking on them with bare feet, our feet were dirty. Also instructions said the key that open the door for the pool was also the key to get access to the beach. It was not, it had a keypad that needed an access code. Luckily another guest gave us the code.

A pretty great place!!

We are well acquainted with clearwater, so we knew this area pretty well! The condo was pretty clean and pretty easy to find! Parking was a bit tight, but we also had a ford truck, so keep that in mind! The pool and beach were lovely. The only cons i can really think of was the freezer not having an ice machine and that the key to get into the pool and beach was a bit stuff, but they got that fixed after a few days. Like i said, parking was a bit tight with our given parking space! These are just nit picking honestly :) we’d go back for sure.

Great Place

We had a great stay the only thing was if you were bare foot your feet were black from the floor. Other than that everything was great. Also I emailed the manager to see if he could ship to us items that my sons girlfriend left (hair dryer, hair on iron & hair straightener) they were very expensive items but still have not received a response. We offered to pay for the shipping also but still no response .

OMGoodness where do I start...This is an amazing condo...Outstanding views...Beautiful Sunsets...Tastefully decorated...All the comforts of home...You will NOT want to leave...the agent is informative, kind, caring, handles all the details for you...We arrived late in the afternoon , opened the door and literally ran to the beautiful wall of windows w/sliding glass door that looked out to the Gulf of Mexico and Blue skys that were just turning to "dusk"...as we gazed in amazement the sun gently set..and all we could say was Ahhhhhhhhh...with regrets we had to leave "Paradise" and return to reality...DO NOT HESITATE if this condo is "available...all you need is a toothbrush and your bathing suit...we're already planning "Next Year"...BTW 5 stars doesn't seem adequate...We give it 10+......

Great location - steps to the beach but won't be back

Great location. Great views of ocean We love this area, but probably will not be back at this property. We cook daily, the plates are cracked and chipped pretty bad. Which can harbor bacteria. 2 plates were in good shape. Dirty towel left behind in Bathroom. My mother in law was pretty sure bed was slept in and not changed. The pool area does not have any umbrellas so No shade is available. The condo did offer beach toys and chairs with umbrella so that was super!!! They brought mom in a shower bench which was very nice for her safety. Floors slick so bring footwear. Parking- challenging. If you have a small compact car you will be fine. Otherwise you can park in lot out front which is uncovered.

Needs some updates

1. One of the most important things in a stay away from home is the bed, the bed in the master suite the mattress is worn out very uncomfortable. 2. The toaster didn’t work. 3. The patio floor was torn out there was no mention of that, which made it very hard to keep feet clean. 4. The entire condo could use a coat of paint and was very dated. 5. There was not a second key for the unit there were two couples, so the host told me to go get another key made which I did but didn’t feel like it was my responsibility to do that but I did because he said he would Venmo me which he did not. 6. We stayed in this condo last year the same week and we love the condo itself and the location on the beach but felt like the price increase from last year would warrant some improvements.

Dirty

Owner was very easy to communicate with. Booking and registration was easy upon arrival. Only complaint I have is everything was very dirty. I spent approximately 8 hours cleaning. The floor turned our socks black instantly. Wasn’t mopped, kitchen counters were dirty, everything was dusty. My daughter dropped something that went under the bed and when I went to retrieve it underneath the bed looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months.
