Always exceeds expectations

This is my second stay at the Monaco. All aspects of the property continue to exceed my expectations. My room was incredibly spacious, clean, and I loved the fun decor. The pool area is always clean and beautiful. I used the electric car charging station on the premises. I appreciate it is free to use and that this property had one onsite. I plan on staying here again!

Great stay

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s very comfortable, with a beautiful shower, big bed and great living room. There’s a beautiful Eames chair and a giant sofa, with a tremendous flat screen TV. When we checked in, we discovered a lamp was broken in the bedroom. We contacted the property manager Antoni and within minutes, someone was at our door with a new lamp and a luggage rack (which I had also asked for.) We were so impressed with the responsiveness, and we’d definitely stay there again. Also, a very quick walk to the beautiful beach.

Really Nice!

Everything was clean, it’s a quieter area of the island, but still an easy walk to pretty much everything. The decor was awesome. We loved the Monkey lamp! Nice property with a beautiful pool area. Highly recommend!

Nice accommodations and great location!

Spacious, clean, recently renovated with very convenient parking, I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. Bed is super comfortable, full kitchen and huge TV in living area which was a great spot to watch movies or sporting events. The beach is just block away and we also enjoyed hanging out by pool area. It is also close to some great beach restaurants, Frenchy’s and Palm Pavilion. This is great place to stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect Rental!

My wife and I stayed here for a week, and it was absolutely amazing! The decor was awesome! The couch and bed were extremely comfortable, and the giant TV was great for winding down. Location is perfect! A stones throw from the beach, and walking distance to everywhere on the island. We did occasionally take an Uber after a long day as parking is generally a nightmare on Clearwater Beach. Antoni was a phenomenal host, I did not need anything because it was all already perfect! Truly an amazing property and a great stay. Can't wait to do it again!

Great place in Clearwater Beach

Our regular rental was not available and we took a chance with this place and are very happy to have found it. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable (very important for us!). The living area is huge, with great furniture for lounging around and watching the GIANT flat screen TV. The dining table is very comfortable for having breakfast. Nice bathroom, and the kitchen is also huge. And of course, it’s 3 blocks from one of the most beautiful parts of Clearwater Beach, north of all the hotel crowds. Antoni, was very responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
