Important Notice - Starting September 2025, balcony renovations will be taking place at Crescent Beach Club and will continue over the next year. While we're looking forward to the upgrades, guests will likely experience construction noise or restricted balcony access at certain times. During restricted balcony dates (currently projected to be in the December-January time frame), the balcony furniture will be moved to the landing outside the front window overlooking Clearwater Harbor for the use of our guests (see photos). There will be no construction during the period from 12/24/25 to 1/4/26. For the most current information on scheduling and how it might affect your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. Our pricing reflects a discount through the end of 2025 as a result of this project.

The complex is walking distance from shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The town of Clearwater Beach is a short five-minute drive and is also accessible by trolley. Clearwater Beach offers a variety of shops, restaurants, beach bars, and charter fishing. Clearwater/St. Petersburg airport is less than a twenty-five-minute drive, and Tampa International Airport and Mall are 40-45 minutes away. Please note that our condominium association requires the submission of a completed rental contract that will be supplied to you by the unit owner. The completed contract must be submitted to the association at least four full business days before the start of the lease.
