Perfect Girls Getaway

Safe, clean, centrally located, cozy, and absolutely worth every penny. We are 2 women in our late thirties/early forties that live across the US from one another and Clearwater is centrally located for us. This was the perfect space for us.

We stayed for four nights and found the property very tight and not well maintained - chirping smoke detector, cabinet doors falling off, not well cleaned (hair on the towels, sand on the floor, etc.). The one bathroom is so small, it feels like the restroom in an airplane. Also, I didn't love the relentless threats to charge us extra if we didn't take out all the trash or put the parking permit in just the right spot - not friendly at all. Plus, parking was a 10 min walk, and road noise filled the room all night! The location near the beach was good - but the rest of the stay was just average and not as nice as shown in the on-line photos. Finally, the "rating" system the renters provided is way out of line with VRBO standards as I understand them (see photo) - making me question the star rating of the property. Overall - an average property with a good location, better suited to short stays.

We loved this location, really enjoyed our stay . Small delay in checking in, but it was handled so quickly that made everything great ! Would absolutely stay here again. All of the items able to be used at the beach, made my families trip just that much easier . We appreciated the beach chairs , and umbrella so much .

Beachcomber Beach House Clearwater Beach FL

Our experience started off great. We found a property that was perfect, the initial communication with Patty was good. Then I was double charged for a portion of the stay. I made numerous attempts to get it resolved- texts, phone calls, emails. No resolution was made until I contacted my bank as the charge being fraudulent. The $ issue was resolved and then we were contacted telling us the property we reserved wasn't available because it was double booked. (not sure why we were the ones that had to change?) Belloise did move us to a better property (Beachcomber Beach house) with no extra charge. This was a great gesture and we felt it helped make up for all the issues. The property is amazing. Very comfortable and great location to the beach. Even though it was a rough road we would still use Belloise Realty in the future.

Great place, close to the beach.

Very close to the beach. Definitely would stay again. But, Parking directions could have been clearer. Make sure you know if you have on site or off site parking permit. TV had one channel. I didn’t go to the beach to watch TV, but I’d bring my Apple TV with me next time to solve my first world problems.
