This place was absolutely amazing. I’ve stayed at fancier rentals before but none that checked off the boxes like this place. The location was absolutely perfect. You look out one side of the place and see the sunrise, and at night you walk over to the other side and see the sunset. Absolutely gorgeous views. It is close to everything. Let’s talk about the beach access. I always hate the beach because they’re always a crowded mess. Not here. You walk out the back door and you’re on the beach. While it’s not a private beach per se, it kinda it’s far enough down from the busier beach and doesn’t have parking for the public so for the most part, it’s only guests and residents that mostly use that section. We were there for a week and almost had the entire thing to ourselves most days. There’s a great fitness center, hot tub, dry/wet sauna to use also to help work off that great food that’s close by.As far as the condo itself , everything you need is there. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Heck, there are even beach chairs you can take down to the beach. It was very clean and organized. The place is super quiet and peaceful. I can honestly say it was a great place to stay. And I know it’s a little thing but there are plenty of hangers.My wife and I spent our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was awesome not having to worry about little things. If you’re on the fence about which place to stay, I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Fabulous beach and harbor views from the 3 balconies. Beautiful beach decor and lovely furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked too.Excellent pool and secure building.Hosts were great too.Hope to return in the future.

This condo was amazing it was perfect for our family! It was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed! We love how close the beach is and how private it is. The owner was very prompt in responding to anything we needed. We would definatley recommend to anyone!

Checks All the Boxes!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of an ideal beach vacation for our family of four. The condo is as advertised with ample space and great decor. Traffic at the beach is low with plenty of space to spread out an enjoy the surf and sand... just the way we like it. Susan and Eric have provided everything you need for your stay and more - such as useful items for your time on the beach trips, including but not limited to, waterproof phone cases, towel clips, games and more. We would definitely want to stay here again in the future!

Clearwater Trip

This was our second time staying here, and we were even more impressed with this stay! Sue and Eric have made so many wonderful improvements to the condo. They made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was perfect. We will be back!

Exceedingly Joyful

Thank you for sharing this wonderful condo! This was the smoothest process we’ve had renting a vacation condo and the communication was outstanding (felt like renting a home from a family member). I can’t express how much we enjoyed the Crescent Beach Club. - Tennis and Pickleball almost every morning, felt like our own personal court overlooking the bay side- The gym and sauna were perfect, the view was unbelievable (gulf side)- Then we would swim in the pool and ocean all day, short distance between the pool and gulf- The sunsets were spectacular, enjoyed from ocean side or the 10th floor personal balcony- The condo was perfect, every room had a view that can’t be matched- seeing the gulf or bay anytime- Clearwater beach and the lively atmosphere was only a few minutes away, but is very different then your own personal/private beach- Dolphins and Manatees daily! Just enjoy reading a book form the balcony and be ready to enjoy whatever the gulf presents

This condo was everything we hoped for and more! Super clean, beautifully decorated, and located right on the beach with unbeatable views. It was perfect for our family—safe, comfortable, and close to everything. We loved being able to walk straight onto the sand, and the kids had a blast. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Vacation

Our Better Place! CBC 1-10D was the perfect condo for our vacation. The condo had everything we needed. The lanai furniture was comfortable. The linens exceeded expectations. The condo amenities were excellent and clean. Sue was very helpful and available for all of our questions. The views are some of the most beautiful we’ve experienced in Florida. Having a view of the sunrise and sunset was a first for us. We would lease this condo again in the future.

Perfect dream vacation

We absolutely loved this place. It’s the perfect location if you don’t want crowded beaches but close enough to lots of activities. The shell finding is amazing and the most beautiful sunsets. The condo was perfect for our family and loved the views. The hosts Sue and Eric were great at communication and very helpful and make sure you have all the information about anything you need to know. They really make sure you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We loved the binoculars, games, beach accessories and all the little things they provide in their condo. We have stayed at many places but this was our favorite by far and the best hosts we have ever had. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place.
