Staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking was a bit tight but always a space available. Room was clean and somewhat spartan, lighting needs improvement. Bathroom sink was partially clogged and backed up. Location is great and the view was marvelous. Internet AI falsely said pool was heated--it's not. Great value and I'd consider staying there again, just don't expect 4-star accomodations.

Arrived at hotel check in fine. Was handed key to room and told stairs were just out the door. Stairs? I’m on the 5th floor. Oddly the day prior I was sent a letter the elevator was working. Elevator out for first 3 days of my stay, granted 1 day was holiday. Room was nice great view. One major problem for folks who are expecting a restful vacation. This is not your place and it’s not the hotels fault. There is a bar restaurant called Cocoa directly behind the hotel. Band plays til 1 pm. They sound like they are on the balcony outside your door. And they are! After they close you’ll listed to all the loud cars and motorcycles on the strip. Yip with windows and door closed. If you’re 20 and wanna party. This is it. If you’re in your 50 and up you are warned lol

Building looks pretty average. Pool is good although no heated water. Just in front of the beach is a plus. Some gift stores. Surf style s Gift shop store is great with so much discount. Hotel breakfast is below standard. No protein (egg/sausage). Coffee doesn't have flavored half and half (just regular half and half). Room comes with kitchen that is a plus if you want to cook for yourself. Beds are average, good for sleep but not comfortable enough.
