Very happy with the overall experience , staff helpful and hotel exactly as expected , clean , tidy and comfortable . Room was slightly smaller Thani ages on website suggest , but not an issue at all. My only gripe was I paid for full breakfast , which was very good and lots to choose from , but we had to leave early on our last morning , before breakfast started , so I enquired about opting out but was told I’d get a breakfast bag in place of our full English etc … which sounded great . What we received looked like a junior school free lunch ! Small carton of juice , an apple , muffin and small wheat bar !! Not really comparable to a full English , fruit salad , toast etc etc we had paid for !! So .. all I’d say is , great hotel , but don’t opt for the breakfast bag as an option if you need to leave early !

This is a quirky hotel on lots of different levels with many stairs, but even at ninety I was able to manage this. I liked the different aspects of it but was a bit mislead by the photo showing the proximity to the sea. Whilst within easy walking distance it's not suitable for walking across a road with your swimming costume on. the staf were multicultural, and wonderful. Very attentive and helpful. I very much enjoyed talking to them.

Great location, staff all friendly and efficient. Lovely breakfasts. Hotel is being refurbished in stages, but room was fine and public rooms are lovely. Whilst location is great, might be problematic for anyone with mobility issues. Also, there is no lift at the hotel so make sure to book a ground floor room if needed. Highly recommended!

Great full breakfast included even though it’s an uphill walk to get there it’s worth it beautiful scenic location with wonderful pub and bistro a short walk away take the bus 92 for cheap tour of the whole island

Staff were superb. Breakfast really good with a nice selection of options all cooked perfectly. We had dinner one night and probably the best meal we had. Hotel in process of being done up and you can see the improvements. Closing December -feb for more work so looking forwarded to seeing re camped hotel. Walk up from town for us was very manageable but some may find it challenging. Highly recommend and look forward to updated hotel next year

Gute Lage, um in die Stadt zu kommen, wenn man bereit ist, immer den Berg hinauf zu gehen. Toller Garten mit vielen lauschigen Ecken. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, der Roomservice war immer top. Auch die Auswahl der Bar ist sehr gut, ebenso die Möglichkeit, Kaffee/Tee auf dem Zimmer zuzubereiten und der Wasserspender neben der Reception. Einzig negativ: den Filterkaffee beim Frühstück fand ich schrecklich sowie die Größe der Dusche- letzteres ist wohl auch dem Alter des Hotels zuzuschreiben, ebenso dass das Waschbecken im Zimmer ist

Nicely renovated hotel, very friendly staff, food and service is of high quality. In addition there’s a beautiful garden overlooking the sea. I can highly recommend to book a stay at the Pandora Hotel.

Lovely stay here at Pandora Hotel. The staff and on-premises restaurant are outstanding. The check-in was quick and friendly, and the waitstaff and cleaning crew were terrific. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and friendly experience. Thank you for making my time here on Guernsey so enjoyable.

The Pandora Hotel is fantastic. The room, and especially the bathroom, were immaculate. All the staff were very polite, professional and always helpful and the food served there is top notch. My friend and I will definitely be returning.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were big, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely, healthy options too! Loved the hotel, quirky but renovated and so convenienr for the harbour. It is on a hill but we didn't mind that.

Great location, although it is uphill from the main road and water front area. My daughter and I shared an ocean view room--we could definitely see the ocean, but it's not close. The staff at the Pandora are so friendly and helpful. We felt immediately at home. Laundry services were reasonably priced and quick turnaround. The breakfast (included with our reservation) was great! The bar and lounge area are comfortable--perfect place to hang out in the evening. Lots of excellent dining options in the area too.

Best breakfast ever

Location ok uphill from harbour but can find various routes and steps to make it easier. All staff friendly and helpful but was surprised reception could not help with access to internet to book a flight to Jersey when our ferry was cancelled. Lovely gardens. The breakfast was the best I have ever experienced. Buffet for cereals, yoghurt and fruit salad which was fresh fruit and a good choice of cooked meals served at the table. Would stay there again if visiting Guernsey.
