Our group comes for the Christmas shopping. It's convenient and close to the Premium outlet stores and is a good base for the additional shopping we do. We stay at the hotel rather than go back and forth from home. Breakfast availability helps save time looking for places to go. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

TIme for a refresh

I have loved this place and stayed here probably a dozen times but it is starting to show its age unfortunately. There was mold on the bathroom mirror and paint cracking in the room and caulk coming away from the window. Just needs a refresh. Not sure how old the place is--the staff is always super friendly.

Excellent service

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Amy was especially outstanding… We had a late flight at nearly 10 PM, and she found a way to allow us late checkout at 4 PM without an extra charge. The free buffet breakfast was good each morning. A comfortable stay overall. My only complaint was the sofa bed. We had 3 people in the room, and the mattress on the sofa bed was so thin you could feel all of the springs beneath it. The only way to sleep on it was to place the sofa cushions on top.
